Get Him a ‘Shock Collar’: Insecure Lefty Celebs Want 'A**hole' Trump Muzzled Next Debate
Well, the establishment seems to think that the first 2020 Presidential Debate between former Vice President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump was so insufferable in terms of outbursts and opponents interrupting each other during their rebuttal times, that they are contemplating rule changes to the debate format. Of course, the obvious implication is that the election commission and the media needs Trump to play differently. Hopefully, new rules will be applied equally but we know what the point is. We all know that it’s politically expedient for the left to muzzle Trump from his constant interjections in Biden’s delicate train of thought. A bit of oversight from the top might help Biden score better or, in the case of last night, allow him more opportunities to make bold face lies about Trump’s record (like lies about his stance on the Charlottesville rally) with impunity. Celebrity mouthpieces seemed to really think it's a good idea. Household names like Stephen King and Bette Midler tweeted about finding ways of cutting Trump off during the debate, which included shutting off his mic when he’s being too aggressive or giving him a “shock collar.” During the evening of the debate, It and The Shining author Stephen King got so flustered with Trump’s aggressive needling of Biden that he proposed that Trump’s microphone be shut off in a series of tweets. The horror author began his Twitter coverage of the debate by saying, “cut his mike [sic] when he interrupts.” By this point, Trump had already gotten debate moderator and Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace flustered by interjecting during Biden’s responses. King became increasingly irked at Trump’s outbursts, imploring the next debate’s moderators to cut Trump’s mic. He tweeted, “In the next debate, the moderator(s) have to have the power to cut the mics.” Yes, we understand, Mr. King. We need external measures to keep Trump from doing too much. Perhaps a muzzle, too. King kept calling for Trump to be silenced, even asking the “debate commission” to change up the debate format so they have a way to get Trump to be less obnoxious. King demanded, “The debate commission (whoever they are) needs to discuss ways of stopping Trump in the next 2 debates from the constant interruptions and hectoring.” Sounds like the president got in both Biden and King’s heads. He levied one more charge for the moderators and debate commissioners, tweeting, “Debate Commission and future moderators: Remember that when Donald Trump is on that stage, he comes not as president but as just another candidate. When it's not his turn to speak, SHUT HIM UP.” Apparently, the debate commission was listening to this kind of rhetoric, because the following day, CBSNews.com reported that “The Commission on Presidential Debates” decided they will implement ways of “cutting off the microphones of President Trump and Joe Biden if they break the rules.” Hocus Pocus star Bette Midler tweeted the news, with her own desperate suggestion for shutting up the president. She wrote, “I've got two words for them: shock collar!!!” She also tweeted, "There's no need to do that again. Trump is certifiable, and doesn't want the American people to judge, or even think about his terrible record, He has spent 3 years sowing doubt about every institution we trusted, and now we trust no one and nothing. A victory for our enemies." She later responded to King calling President Trump "an asshole" by upping the ante even more: "You are too polite, sir. He is a raging asshole, a cosmic asshole, an immeasurable asshole, a boiling, ranting, raving rampaging asshole of destructive, despicable, tormenting, UNCONTROLLABLE impulses." Comedian Chelsea Handler tweeted a different proposal for limiting Trump’s behavior, writing, “Something nice to employ at the next debate is a buzzer for the moderator to click each time Trump tells a lie. Anyone can do it, really. Biden, or the moderator." Of course the “Commission” will apply any new rules to each candidate fairly, so they say, but of course, this is all in response to the president’s rough and tumble debate style. At the very least, Hollywood is into the format change because they need to alter the game to win.

‘Deliberately Corrupt’: Nets Hide Comey Getting Called Out in Senate Hearing
During Wednesday’s Special Report, Fox News Channel anchor Bret Baier predicted that the rest of the media would refuse to cover former FBI Director James Comey getting chewed out and admitting to major problems with his Russia investigation. “I guarantee you it's not getting a lot of coverage on other networks and that is the former FBI Director Jim Comey testifying on Capitol Hill,” he said. And how right he was! ABC’s World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, and NBC Nightly News refused to cover how Comey had admitted: “There were ‘embarrassing’ and ‘sloppy’ mistakes, in his words, in the applications to the FISA court for surveillance warrants on a former Trump campaign aid.” Instead, the networks continued to lie and claim President Trump “refused” to condemn racists, even though he did so at the presidential debate Tuesday and again at the White House the next day. “Former FBI Director James Comey continued to claim he was unaware of major issues with surveillance warrants used to eavesdrop on a former Trump campaign aid wrongly suspected of being a Russian agent,” reported chief congressional correspondent Mike Emanuel. He also noted that Comey admitted to problems with the investigation he was overseeing: EMANUEL: Comey admitted Justice Department watchdog Michael Horowitz’s findings on the FBI's actions were problematic. COMEY: It’s sloppy, it’s -- I'm running out of words. There's no indication [transition] that people were doing bad things on purpose but that doesn't make it any less concerning and embarrassing. Emanuel also pointed out how Comey was working with Democrats by “following” the “lead” of Illinois Senator Dick Durban and “alleging Mr. Trump was already compromised” by Russia without evidence. Later in the show, and after Baier made his correct prediction, Fox News highlighted how the fired FBI director was raked over the coals by Republican senators for being “deliberately corrupt” in the Russia investigation: COMEY: I don't remember any information reaching me about any investigation of a source of Steele’s. SEN. MIKE LEE (R-UT): You don't seem to know anything about an investigation that you ran. [Transition] So, how can you now as a private citizen and former FBI director show up and then speculate freely regarding any alleged ties between President Putin and President Trump? SEN. TED CRUZ (R-TX): There only two possibilities, that you were deliberately corrupt or woefully incompetent. And I don’t believe you are incompetent. In the final soundbite shared from the hearing, Baier showed off Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) getting Comey to admit he wouldn’t have signed off the FISA warrant applications if he knew there was fabricated evidence. Baier also noted that Comey’s testimony was “a lot different than the answers he gave me in the interview during his book tour and they have evolved over time.” Senior editor for The Federalist, Mollie Hemingway agreed with Baier and chided Comey for having “a wicked case of the I-don't-knows and I-forgets today when he was asked questions.” Noting (Click "expand"): He said he didn't know the dossier’s primary source was suspected by his own agency of being a Russian agent. He said he didn't know that he allegation that he loved to talk to people about, that was the one with prostitutes in Moscow -- he didn't know that was suspected to be Russian disinformation. And he said he doesn't recall, it didn't ring a bell that he was told that Russia knew that Hillary Clinton had signed off on an operation to link President Trump with Russia. He said he didn't member that. This is a problem. “He told you he still didn't know that Hillary Clinton had secretly funded the dossier. He admitted today that she had,” she concluded. REPORT: Wife of Boston Marathon Hero Breaks Her Silence – Claims Biden Touched Her Inappropriately and Made Suggestive Comments
Well, it looks like we have yet another woman coming forward with some interesting allegations against old Creepy Joe.
Kim Donahue, the wife of a heroic police officer involved in the Boston Marathon bombing, has revealed that at a ceremony for the victims, Joe Biden began rubbing her back inappropriately and made quite a few “suggestive” comments towards her.

n two Facebook posts, one of which has since been deleted, Kim Donohue alleged that during a remembrance ceremony in Boston, a year after the April 2013 deadly bombing, then-Vice President Biden began “rubbing” her lower back.
“Look at those eyes, where did you get those eyes?, Donohue wrote. “Anyone else as good looking as you in that family…those eyes are mesmerizing, people must just do whatever you say.”
In a separate post, this one made in July, 2016 Donohue reiterated her claim that Biden “greeted me by rubbing my back in an inappropriate and uncomfortable way,” then “pushed” her husband, Dic Donohue, who was shot in the leg by one of the Tsarnaev brothers, aside.
“Biden then asked if I wanted to ride in a car with him down to a ceremony we were all attending at the Marathon finish line,” Donohue wrote. “He led me down a black hallway (Dic of course followed) and I got inside the most uncomfortable 3 person car ride I have ever been in.”
When reached for comment, Donohue confirmed making the accusations against Biden but would not discuss them further. An individual close to Donohue said her politics have shifted since the Obama years and is now supportive of the Democratic Party and Biden’s candidacy.

But the oddest part about all of this is that Donohue actually still supports this creepazoid.

[VIDEO] PA’s Democrat Governor Reportedly Busted On Hot Mic Laughing About Masks Being “Political Theater”
A video is going viral this week that exposes the hypocrisy of the left, as it appears to show Pennsylvania Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf and Democratic state Rep. Wendy Ullman laughing about the “political theater” of masks.
The video was captured as Wolf and Ullman were preparing to take part in a press conference in Doylestown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday. As Ullman stood near the microphone with her mask on, Wolf told her that he would be removing his mask when speaking on stage.
“So Wendy, I’m gonna take — I’m gonna take my mask off when I speak,” Wolf can be heard saying.
Ullman proceeds to walk off camera towards Wolf, before responding, “I will as well, just, I’m waiting so that we can do a little political theater.”
“OK,” Wolf replies as they both laugh. As Ullman walks back to the podium, she adds, “So that it’s on camera.”

The people of Pennsylvania will likely not take kindly to their leaders laughing about this, as they have been living under some of the strictest COVID-19 restrictions in the country. Wolf signed an executive order on July 2 making masks mandatory, and he also implemented a policy that limited indoor gatherings to 25 people and outdoor gatherings to 250 people.
Twitter users have let their feelings abut the clip be known in a big way.
“I enjoyed your political theater, meanwhile families and businesses suffer,” one Twitter user commented, with another adding, “Pelosi, Feinstein, now this. Rules for thee, but not for me.”
“The destruction of the livelihoods of millions of Pennsylvanians is no laughing matter and we don’t find this entertaining,” tweeted Jondavid Longo, the mayor of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania.

Even President Donald Trump’s former acting national intelligence director Richard Grenell got in on the action.

The US lost 5 million manufacturing jobs between 2000 and 2014 after Joe Biden voted to give China a “most favored nation” trade status. Later Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden were able to pocket $1.5 billion from that same regime during an official visit as Vice President of the United States to Beijing.
The US lost 5 million manufacturing jobs to Canada and Mexico after Joe Biden voted in support of the NAFTA Agreement back in 1993.
The US lost 575,000 manufacturing jobs during the Obama years from 2008 to 2016.
In President Trump’s first 30 months he brought back 314,000 manufacturing jobs.
It was historic.
But last night Joe Biden lied about his record and then lied about President Trump’s record of bringing back manufacturing jobs.
Of course, Chris Wallace allowed this monstrous lie to stand.
On Wednesday Joe Biden again attacked Donald Trump on manufacturing jobs.
During his dishonest slur the Biden sign fell off the podium.
Which, of course, was the highlight of China’s Joe’s sleepy speech.

Michael Flynn's lawyer admits to briefing Trump on trying to get her client's case tossed
The effort by Donald Trump, Attorney General Bill Barr, and their henchmen to drop the government's perjury case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn has turned into an epic display in abuse of power.
During a hearing Tuesday, Flynn lawyer Sidney Powell finally admitted under tough questioning that she had directly briefed Trump and one of his campaign attorneys on the case two weeks ago, and she requested that Trump not issue Flynn a pardon, according to Politico.
“I can tell you I spoke one time to the president about this case to inform him about the general status of this litigation,” Powell said.
Absolutely nothing good can come from Trump (or his campaign attorney) getting briefed directly on the defense of a former deputy and central figure in the Russia investigation whom Trump has been desperate to exonerate for years. One of the chief reasons Trump fired former FBI Director James Comey in early 2017 was precisely because he wouldn’t go easy on Flynn at Trump’s urging.
But Trump's current Justice Department, under Barr's tutelage, is now doing everything possible to drop the case even though Flynn pleaded guilty twice in a court of law to the perjury charges before he ultimately changed his representation and Barr sought to dismiss the charges on a fabricated technicality. In fact, Barr’s renewed interest in the case came after Powell directly sent him a letter in 2019 requesting that he change out the prosecutorial team on the case.
But U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan didn't seem to be having any of it on Tuesday, affirming that to his mind, “The sentencing has already commenced in this case.” In fact, Sullivan agreed to delay sentencing during the original hearing in December 2018 so Flynn could further cooperate with federal prosecutors and perhaps secure a lighter sentence. Once Justice Department lawyers pulled a 180 and sought to dismiss the charges, Sullivan appointed a former federal judge, John Gleeson, to review the case and recommend a way forward under almost unprecedented circumstances. Gleeson ultimately concluded that the department's bid to toss Flynn's conviction was "corrupt" and "politically motivated," and it should be denied "because there is clear evidence of a gross abuse of prosecutorial power."
But at Tuesday's hearing, federal prosecutor Kenneth Kohl assured Judge Sullivan the dismissal request was made for the "right reasons," adding, “We’re completely unafraid to get in the weeds and address the specifics as to why we thought we needed to dismiss this case."
Kohl then argued that the main witnesses in the case—Peter Strzok, Joe Pientka, Andrew McCabe—were all too flawed to be credible. Of course, all three men, and particularly Strzok and McCabe, have been the subjects of an ongoing Trump smear campaign for years now. So in essence, the Justice Department is now using a rationale for dismissal that at least partially hinges on Trump's politically motivated character assassinations.
Gee, that doesn't sound fishy.
Furthermore, Politico writes, "While Kohl touted his credentials as a career department prosecutor, his critique of the FBI and special counsel Robert Mueller’s team sounded like the litany of complaints one might hear on a Fox News prime-time broadcast. He treated as fact individual opinions of agents and analysts — revealed in recently disclosed internal messages — and interpreted ambiguous messages in the most damning light for FBI investigators pursuing the case against Flynn."
Kohl's clearly the man for job, but for none of the "right reasons," to borrow a phrase.
But during the four-hour proceeding, Powell really distinguished herself by accusing Judge Sullivan of "a hideous abuse of power" for his unwillingness to toss the case as she moved to disqualify Sullivan.
“I want to make that motion right now, your honor,” Powell said.
“Put it in writing,” Sullivan responded.
Former Judge Gleeson, the court-appointed amicus curiae, urged Sullivan to proceed with the case. “If the executive wants to take Michael Flynn off the hook, he can pardon him,” he said.
But that pardon is clearly something Flynn is trying to avoid having on his record since Powell admitted counseling Trump against it. Taking such an action also appears to be an electoral consideration for Trump, whose campaign attorney was weirdly present for his briefing with Powell.
Gleeson is obviously saying: Make Trump do it if Flynn's exoneration is so important to him. But don't let Flynn off scot-free through Barr's bogus gambit to do Trump's personal bidding.

House Republicans might manage to elect a few women in 2020, and they are so proud
Republicans have finally gotten serious about electing women to Congress, and as a result there are almost half as many Republican women still in the running for House seats as there are Democratic women. After a major wipeout in 2018, Republicans acknowledged that maybe they need to back women in primaries and in safe seats so that a blue wave doesn’t leave their caucus a total sausage fest.
“The challenge is when you start getting women and minorities just in the swing seats,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told Politico. “I want people to be in leadership. So going into these safer seats, I’ve worked hard to provide that opportunity as well.” All that hard work has yielded 94 Republican women heading to general elections, while Democrats field 206 women, according to the Rutgers Center for American Women and Politics.
Women won just five of the primaries for safe Republican seats with retiring incumbents in 2020—a big step up from the two who won those primaries in 2018, but not exactly 50%. There are currently 13 Republican women in the House, but with two retiring and two facing tough challenges, those five primary wins by Republican women in ultra-red districts doesn’t mean an automatic gain of five.
In short, 2020 looks better for Republican women than 2018, but on every metric of improvement, there’s a big old but. What Republicans do have is a small number of women ready to loudly proclaim their presence to political reporters doing trend stories.
“I’m honored and proud to help change the discussion,” Diana Harshbarger, who won one of those red-district primaries and is virtually certain to be elected, told Politico. “Conservative Republican women are alive and well and I hope I can be an inspiration.”
Alive and well … just still not very numerous.

President Donald Trump has blasted a report that the Commission on Presidential Debates will add new tools for the moderator to “maintain order.”

During the first presidential debate last night, President Trump said that at times, it seemed like he was debating the moderator of the debate, Chris Wallace, more than he was Joe Biden. Both candidates talked over each other, and Wallace lost control from the get-go.

At one point during the debate, Trump and Wallace, sans Biden, spent around 60 seconds straight debating his response to the coronavirus pandemic, with Wallace noting that President Trump has had disagreements with his own response team.
At another point, Trump pressed Biden into whether he is in favour of packing the Supreme Court.

New Tools Coming To “Maintain Order”
The Commission on Presidential Debates on Wednesday responded to the inability of Wallace to properly control the debate without behaving in a biased manner, revealing that they are planning on adding new “tools to maintain order” to the next debates.
In a statement, the Commission said that the first debate “made clear that additional structure should be added to the format of the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues.”
It intends to “ensure that additional tools to maintain order are in place for the remaining debates,” and that it is “carefully considering the changes that it will adopt and will announce those measures shortly.”
Trump: “Try Getting A New Anchor!”
Responding to the Commission, President Trump placed the blame for the failure of the debates squarely in the hands of Chris Wallace and Joe Biden themselves.

This opinion was shared by a number of conservative commentators, who slammed Wallace’s behavior. Attorney Harmeet Dhillon called Wallace a “disgrace,” adding that “Republicans need to stop allowing the slanted media to have any role in debates in future years.”

Donald Trump Jr, the President’s son, appeared on Fox to give his analysis after the debate, and said that even though Wallace is a “Fox guy… he’s no conservative.”
“He’s a not a centrist either,” Don Jr added.

Chris Wallace Speaks Out About Debate – ‘I’m Disappointed’
On Tuesday night, Fox News host Chris Wallace was widely panned for his performance moderating the first debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
Now, Wallace is speaking out to express his disappointment for how the debate went down, admitting that he could not control the two candidates.
Wallace Speaks Out About Debate
“I’m just sad with the way last night turned out,” Wallace told the New York Times. “I never dreamt that it would go off the tracks the way it did.”
This came after many reviews called out Wallace for failing to maintain order on the debate stage.
“I’ve read some of the reviews, I know people think, Well, gee, I didn’t jump in soon enough,” Wallace said. “I guess I didn’t realize — and there was no way you could, hindsight being 20/20 — that this was going to be the president’s strategy, not just for the beginning of the debate but the entire debate.”
During the debate, both Trump and Biden interrupted one another constantly. At one point, Wallace even asked Trump to stop interrupting, saying “the country would be better served if we allowed both people to speak with fewer interruptions.”

Wallace Admits He Felt ‘Desperation
Afterwards, Wallace said that he felt a sense of “desperation” as he pleaded with the candidates.
“If I didn’t try to seize control of the debate — which I don’t know that I ever really did — then it was going to just go completely off the tracks,” Wallace said.
While Wallace appeared to try and put much of the blame on Trump, adding that the president’s behavior “certainly didn’t help” the situation, he did not put all the blame on the president.
“To quote the president, ‘It is what it is,'” he said.
On Wednesday, the Commission on Presidential Debates released a statement saying that the debate “made clear that additional structure should be added to the format of the remaining debates to ensure a more orderly discussion of the issues.” The commission added that it will be making changes to the format, with one idea that is being tossed around being that moderators will be able to shut off the candidates’ microphones if they become unruly while their opponent is speaking, according to the Associated Press.
Wallace, however, is opposed to this idea.
“As a practical matter, even if the president’s microphone had been shut, he still could have continued to interrupt, and it might well have been picked up on Biden’s microphone, and it still would have disrupted the proceedings in the hall,” he said.
Wallace went on to point out that the American people might not like seeing a moderator silencing candidates.

Wallace Gives Advice Next Moderator
He also gave advice to C-SPAN’s Steve Scully, who is set to moderate the next presidential debate on Oct. 15, saying, “If either man goes down this road, I hope you’ll be quicker to realize what’s going on than I was. I didn’t have that advance warning.”

Comey Testifies Under Oath He “Doesn’t Remember Any Information” Reaching Him About Christopher Steele’s Sources
Fired FBI Director James Comey testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
Comey testified under oath on Wednesday that he didn’t know anything about dossier author Christopher Steele’s sources.
Another huge whopper by the pathological liar who used to run the country’s premiere law enforcement agency.
Christopher Steele’s primary source, Igor Danchenko, was a Russian spy and deemed to be a threat to national security.
Igor Danchenko was previously under FBI counter-intel investigation and he was known to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team.
According to newly declassified records, the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane team knew as early as December 2016 that Danchenko was Steele’s primary source.
The FBI, with Comey in charge, went on to request THREE FISA renewals (after the initial Oct. 2016 warrant) on Carter Page AFTER they knew the dossier was full of Russian disinformation.
In other words, a Russian spy who was a national security threat was feeding the FBI information that was used to spy on President Trump and ultimately used to try to remove him from office.
The FBI also defrauded the FISA court and omitted this information in their FISA applications when they requested wiretaps on Carter Page.

BREAKING: Indications the Government May Have All the Data On All the Phones Wiped by Weissmann’s Special Counsel Gang
Recently it was reported that creepy Andrew Weissmann, the kingpin behind the Mueller investigation, and a large group of Mueller gang members all destroyed the information on their phones after the Strzok and Page text messages were uncovered.
Today a report has been uncovered where Weissmann reported on a ‘wiped’ Special Counsel phone that the government’s iPhones are backed up and no data will be lost.
We reported on September 10, that DOJ records show “pitbull” Andrew Weissmann and multiple Mueller henchmen claiming to have “accidentally wiped” at least 31 phones used in the anti-Trump Russia probe.
The documents were uncovered thanks to a Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit.
The phones were all conveniently wiped after the DOJ IG asked for the devices to be handed over — some phones wiped themselves, according to the DOJ!

The records show virtually all of Mueller’s lawyers used the same tactic: Put their phones in airplane mode, lock them and then nuke the phones by repeatedly entering the wrong password.
The wrong password must be entered 10 times in a row in order to nuke the phone.
Today Catherine Herridge reported that Weissmann has not been subpoenaed by John Durham.

Weissmann said everything on their ‘wiped phones’ was backed up to computer systems. “I don’t think we lost any data,” Weissmann said.

What is curious is that the report from Herridge says the comment from Weissmann came from a “wiped” phone. This indicates that perhaps all or some of the data from all the wiped phones have been obtained.

Trump replaces conservative FCC member with one who is against the First Amendment
Republican FCC hack Mike O'Reilly didn't have much in the way of integrity, but what little he did have got him fired. Senior adviser at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Nathan Simington was announced as his replacement by the Trump administration in the middle of September.
Why was O’Reilly out? Well, to understand all of that we need to go back a couple of months to May. The United States had not yet reached 100,000 deaths due to the COVID-19 pandemic back then. Trump was already attacking voting by mail and Twitter had the impolite impulse to fact-check two of the Donald’s tweets. The fact that after 52,000 lies, Trump was finally fact-checked by the social media company led to the white supremacist in chief threatening to shut down Twitter. You know, basic attacks on freedom of speech and all that. Trump called for a review of a provision in the Section 230 law that protects social media companies from liability created by their users.
O’Reilly, who had been renominated for his position on the FCC, didn’t explicitly reference Donald Trump’s attacks on free speech and the First Amendment, but made a speech at the end of July where he said that:
The First Amendment protects us from limits on speech imposed by the government—not private actors—and we should all reject demands, in the name of the First Amendment, for private actors to curate or publish speech in a certain way. Like it or not, the First Amendment’s protections apply to corporate entities, especially when they engage in editorial decision making. I shudder to think of a day in which the Fairness Doctrine could be reincarnated for the Internet, especially at the ironic behest of so-called free speech “defenders.” It is time to stop allowing purveyors of First Amendment gibberish to claim they support more speech, when their actions make clear that they would actually curtail it through government action. These individuals demean and denigrate the values of our Constitution and must be held accountable for their doublespeak and dishonesty. This institution and its members have long been unwavering in defending the First Amendment, and it is the duty of each of us to continue to uphold this precious protection.
Ruh-roh. It didn’t matter to Trump that Mike O’Reilly went along with Ajit Pai and the Republican plan to end Net Neutrality consumer protections. It didn’t matter that he joined in the $2 billion theft from local governments by the cable broadband industry. Even promoting the old, ineffective plan to provide broadband to rural areas didn’t save Mike O’Reilly from Trump’s dictatorship.
So who is this guy Simington that Trump decided to replace O’Reilly with? According to Tech Dirt he’s the guy that wrote Trump’s “blatantly unconstitutional Executive Order that President Trump signed after he got mad that Twitter placed two fact-checking notices on his dangerous and misleading tweets.” So much for the “light-touch regulation” Ajit Pai touted when he rid consumers of their net neutrality protections.
Whether or not Simington will replace O’Reilly before his term is complete remains to be seen. Elections matter.

Spanish Nets Try To Make Trump Tax Story Stick
Spanish-slanguage media's coverage of an “explosive” New York Times story on President Donald Trump's tax returns once again confirms that Univision is a radical pro-immigration PAC with a broadcast signal, willing to trade journalistic integrity for a chance to spew its TDS venom onto their audience. Telemundo, on the other hand, while giving credence to the questionable NYT piece, at least offered the opinion of a Republican analyst, Alfonso Aguilar – along with that of a Never Trumper. Watch the striking difference between the remarks offered by the political analysts at Telemundo and Univision, regarding the President´s alleged tax information: JOSÉ PARRA, POLITICAL ANALYST: This is undoubtedly one of the biggest tax frauds in the history of the nation. It is unheard of that the President of the United States is paying less tax than the vast majority of the citizens of this country, including working-class people. […] ALFONSO AGUILAR, POLITICAL ANALYST: The report does not publish the records, the tax returns that they claim to have in their possession. The president's own lawyers tried to talk to the New York Times reporter to see what their findings were based on, but they didn't want to share those tax returns. Though his point of view barely made it to the very end of a three-minute-plus story on the morning news talk-show, Un Nuevo Día, Aguilar offered that “The report does not publish the records, the tax returns that they claim to have in their possession,” and that while the president´s lawyers tried to talk to the New York Times reporter about their findings, the newspaper refused to share said tax returns. At Univision, the morning kaffeeklatsch Despierta América, delivered a report jam-packed with speculative, editorialized remarks meant to portray the president as a lawless, anti-immigrant, usurper of the poor; all based on a radical left newspaper report that lacked hard evidence to support their claims about Trump cheating on taxes (and being a horrid businessman), that also violated the law regarding the confidentiality of a taxpayer´s information. Furthermore, to provide insight on the “charges” against Trump, Univision brought in pseudo political analyst José Parra, a controversial figure known for slandering Mitt Romney by falsely accusing him of tax evasion in 2012. After framing the story with “And we start with a new scandal this morning that puts President Trump's finances under scrutiny”, anchor Satcha Pretto turned the report over to Washington, D.C. correspondent Edwin Pitti, who then furthered the tax evader spin with speculative comments insinuating that the President is abusing his power. However, he failed to explain – or bring in an expert to explain – the concept of depreciation and also the difference between salaried taxpayers and entrepreneurs, when talking about how “the president has apparently taken advantage of deduction figures to try to reduce what he might owe in taxes.” Amazingly, Pitti also managed to insert class demagoguery, stating that it is “very clear that the domestic taxation system in this country, its tax system, definitely benefits billionaires”, adding that “the average American pays over $10,000 in taxes a year which is much more than President Trump paid in 2016 and 2017, and this of course includes undocumented immigrants who pay billions of dollars in taxes.” Yes, you read correctly: even undocumented immigrants were pulled into the rambling, slanted and highly opinionated Univision report. Edwin, good morning. EDWIN PITTI: Good morning Satcha. That's correct- at a White House press conference yesterday, President Trump was confronted with this report from The New York Times newspaper and he said it was fake news, that in recent years he has paid billions of dollars in taxes, and that it was a total farce. But the reality, Satcha, is that President Trump is the only president in history who hasn't published his tax returns and perhaps now we know why. Because according to this report by The New York Times where they had access to over two decades of President Donald Trump's tax returns, it is clear that in 2016 when he won the election, he only paid $750 in federal taxes, as he did in 2017. Which makes it very clear that the domestic taxation system in this country, its tax system, definitely benefits billionaires as the president claims that he incurred many losses at the time and that is why in 10 of the last 15 years he did not pay a single cent in taxes in the United States. He says that right now, an audit is taking place, and when done, the president might even end up paying the government over $100,000,000 in taxes. Now, speaking of losses, I can tell you that according to The New York Times’ report, in recent years, since 2000, the president has reported over $300,000,000 in losses on all of his golf courses, including at the hotel he opened here in Washington, D.C., where there are already over $55 million in losses. But, the president has apparently taken advantage of deduction figures to try to reduce what he might owe in taxes. We report that at the time he had The Apprentice program in New York, the president would have filed a $70,000 deduction for personal expenses including hair care. You heard correctly. Documents in the hands of that newspaper would reflect a Donald Trump that is trying to save his businesses. According to the newspaper, Trump only paid taxes five times over the last fifteen years, and they were insignificant amounts. Vanessa Hauc explains these tax returns. VANESSA HAUC: He only paid $750 in federal taxes in 2016; the same amount he would pay in his first year as president and he paid nothing in ten of the previous fifteen years; those are the explosive revelations by The New York Times, who had access to the president's tax returns for the past years. According to the newspaper's inquiry, Donald Trump's properties lose millions of dollars each year and are in the midst of an IRS audit as to the legitimacy of a $72 million refund he received after declaring million-dollar losses. Today at a press conference, the President lashed out at the newspaper. PRESIDENT TRUMP: It's fake news. It's totally fake news. Arranged. We went through the same stories, you could.... HAUC: His attorney said the data presented were inaccurate. This investigation completely belies the image of the successful millionaire and businessman that he sold as a candidate, and reveals a Trump with over $300 million in debts and who year after year loses millions more, and avoids paying taxes. Congressional Democrats immediately offered a reaction from Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who tweeted: “Raise your hand if you paid more in federal income tax than President Trump.” Trump's taxes have been a mystery since he launched his candidacy in 2016 and refused to disclose them. He's the only president in modern times not to have published his tax returns. Vanessa Hauc, Telemundo News. SUAREZ: And Joe Biden didn't hesitate to echo that news. The Democratic nominee retweeted a video previously posted by his campaign comparing the $750 paid in taxes by the president to what a teacher, firefighter, or nurse should normally pay. Reactions to these revelations on both sides of the political spectrum quickly surfaced. Two analysts give us their perspectives: let's take a look. Joe Biden trolled President Trump with a photo of debate ‘performance enhancers’ posted about ninety minutes before Tuesday night’s debate in Cleveland, Ohio set for 9 p.m. EDT.
Will Biden be able to stay alert for the entire debate?
Trump and his campaign have been dogging Biden with questions about his ability to perform in the debate and whether he would be taking performance enhancing drugs or wearing an ear pierce that could feed him answers.
Biden’s photo sought to push back against all that with a photo of ear buds and a pint of ice cream, “It’s debate night, so I’ve got my earpiece and performance enhancers ready.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) joined Lou Dobbs on Tuesday following the release of newly declassified documents that reveal Hillary Clinton hatched the Russiagate hoax to pin the DNC “hacking” onto Trump.
Gaetz and his cohorts Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, Mark Meadows, and several others were speaking out against the hoax back in 2017 but Speaker Paul Ryan purposely ignored them.
Rep. Matt Gaetz: Remember Lou, it was myself and Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows, back in 2017 who said we needed a special counsel to investigate the activities of Hillary Clinton. And had we done that we would have know what John Ratcliffe just told us well before. But we had the spineless Speaker Paul Ryan who blocked us at every turn. He acted like we were the tinfoil hat wearing crazy Republicans. But the reality was that we were telling the American people the truth. People on Washington on both sides of the aisle were lying to the American people and now we know exactly where the Russia hoax began.
Speaker Paul Ryan was a horrible failure.
