Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds Signs Law Allowing Workers to Seek Medical and Religious Exemptions from COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds (R) signed the “vaccine mandate exemption bill” into law on Friday that allows constituents to seek medical and religious exemptions from COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The law also guarantees unemployment benefits for those who are fired for refusing to get the vaccine.
Iowa joins Arkansas, Montana, Texas, Missouri, and West Virginia to push back against the vaccine mandate to all employees.
“As I’ve stated publicly numerous times, I believe the vaccine is the best defense against COVID-19 and we’ve provided Iowans with the information they need to determine what’s best for themselves and their families, but no Iowan should be forced to lose their job or livelihood over the COVID-19 vaccine,” Reynolds said in a statement.
Reynolds also stated that she is joining a lawsuit challenging the Biden administration’s unconstitutional vaccine requirements for federal employees.

Reynolds said in a statement Friday the new law will protect Iowans’ freedom to make their own health care decisions.
According to Republican lawmakers who proposed the bill, employees seeking a medical or religious exemption simply have to state they believe the COVID-19 vaccine would hurt their health or would conflict with their religion. It doesn’t require them to get proof from a doctor or religious leader.
If someone gets fired for not getting vaccinated, the new law will allow them to remain eligible to receive unemployment benefits.
Rep. Henry Stone, R-Forest City, said some Iowans are facing a deadline of getting the COVID-19 vaccine or losing their job. He said lawmakers started hearing concerns from more and more Iowans after the Biden administration announced they would require vaccinations in large workplaces.

10,086 South African Police Officers Charged with Murder, Rape and Assault since 2013
The South African Police Force is plagued by crime and corruption
A total of 10,086 South African Police Service (SAPS) members have been charged for serious criminal offences between 2013 and 2021, according to firearms rights group Action Society. The offenses include murder, rape and assault with the intent to commit grievous bodily harm. Only 50 of these, more than 10 000 members, have been formally suspended by the South African Police Service.
“Action Society is especially concerned about the amount of rape charges, where the alleged perpetrators did not face any suspension at all. Out of the 282 members that were charged for rape, only 11 were suspended ̶ this in a country that has a less than 3% rape conviction rate,” said Ian Cameron of Action Society.
Cameron reiterated that South Africa is facing a gender-based violence pandemic of immense proportions and now it seems police are not only failing to combat these crimes, they are also guilty of committing them.
It is important to understand that suspensions were, in most cases, meant to occur while the Independent Police Investigation Directorate (IPID) were conducting their investigations into the alleged rape cases.
Recently it was reported that National Police Commissioner, Khehla Sitole, was served with a notice of intention to suspend. The notice came in light of the High Court decision in January which found that Sitole and two of his lieutenants, had “breached their duties” by intentionally frustrating the IPID investigations into corrupt procurement deals within the Crime Intelligence environment. Deputy National Commissioner, Ntombenhle Vuma has also taken ‘indefinite leave’.
In July, 5 policemen were arrested in conjunction with the ghastly crucifixion murder of farm supervisor Brendin Horner, as Gateway Pundit reported. During widespread riots in July, police officers were also sighted participating in the looting.

It’s official, The Gateway Pundit does better investigating work, analysis, and reporting than Biden’s entire National Intelligence Council.
The Office of the Director of Intelligence is either incompetent, dishonest, under the direction of China, or all the above. Their report on the origins of COVID is a piece of work that looks like it was drafted by China itself.
We warned about this report a few days ago, and today have obtained a ‘declassified’ draft. In the report, the National Intelligence Council makes the following statements. [Note – how would they know that COVID was not developed as a biological weapon.]
But we know these statements to be untrue and have been providing support for our position since April 2020.
The fact that the DNI claims that COVID was possibly created randomly in nature is just an outright lie. This has been debunked over and over and we first reported this being a China disinformation campaign in April 2020. The wet market in Wuhan never even served bat soup.
We also know that those claiming that COVID was not developed in a lab in Wuhan had ties to China.
We know Dr. Fauci funded over 60 projects in China related to COVID and all were under the Chinese Military complex. Fauci gave funding to the Chinese military to research COVID as a biological weapon.
We also know that the Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee reported that COVID came from a lab.

Utah Lawmaker Who Pushed for Forensic Audit Resigns Following Attacks on His Wife and Family
In June Utah state Rep. Steve Christiansen visited the Arizona forensic audit center in Phoenix, Arizona. Christiansen was in Arizona on the basis of preserving election integrity in Utah.
Gateway Pundit reporter Jordan Conradson spoke with Rep. Christiansen at the time. President Trump won Utah by 20 points in the 2020 election.
On Thursday Rep. Christiansen resigned from the Utah legislature following recent attacks on his wife and family.

Utah Rep. Steve Christiansen abruptly resigned from the state legislature on Thursday evening, writing obliquely to colleagues that the decision was motivated by “attacks” on his family after he pushed for an audit of the 2020 election results, despite no proof of fraud.
“While I expected, unfortunately, to be to be personally maligned and ridiculed as a public servant, I did not expect to see individuals attack my wife as they have, nor to see the significance of the impact of those attacks on her and our family. Primarily for that reason, it has become necessary to ‘pause,’ ” Christiansen, 60, wrote in the letter sent to the Speaker of the Utah House of Representatives.
The Republican — who has served in the legislature since January 2020 — further used the letter to resign from his position at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, writing, “I do not wish to infer that my views represent those of [the church.] I therefore believe it is best to retire from Church employment to avoid potential misunderstandings.”
According to his LinkedIn page, Christiansen served as director of Presiding Bishopric Projects at the church.

Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ Will Give US Highest Top Tax Rate of Any Country in the OECD
Senile old Joe Biden wants to raise taxes on Americans to the highest top rate in the world. This is not what Americans want.
The Tax Foundation released this sad news on Friday.
Under the latest iteration of the House Build Back Better Act (BBBA), the average top tax rate on personal income would reach 57.4 percent, giving the U.S. the highest rate in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
High-income taxpayers would face a surcharge on modified adjusted gross income (MAGI), defined as adjusted gross income less investment interest expense. The surcharge would equal 5 percent on MAGI in excess of $10 million plus 3 percent on MAGI above $25 million, for a total surcharge of 8 percent (equivalent to about a 9.1 percent tax rate on taxable income). The plan would also redefine the tax base to which the 3.8 percent net investment income tax (NIIT) applies to include the “active” part of pass-through income—all taxable income above $400,000 (single filer) or $500,000 (joint filer) would be subject to tax of 3.8 percent due to the combination of NIIT and Medicare taxes. Under current law, the top marginal tax rate on ordinary income is scheduled to increase from 37 percent to 39.6 percent starting in 2026. Overall, the top marginal tax rate on personal income at the federal level would rise to 51.4 percent (or 52.5 percent on the basis of taxable income).
In addition to the top federal rate, individuals face taxes on personal income in most U.S. states. Considering the average top marginal state-local tax rate of 6.0 percent, the combined top tax rate on personal income would be 57.4 percent—higher than currently levied in any developed country. This assumes the deduction for state and local taxes remains capped.

Here We Go… Anti-Trump Fairfax County Director of Elections Tells Media Virginia Results May Not be Finished Until Friday
Scott O. Konopasek, the radical partisan director of elections for the most populated county in Virginia, recently told mainstream media outlets that the Virginia governor’s race may not be decided on election day.
It appears Democrats are up to their old tricks again.

As was the general norm prior to the COVID-19 pandemic which ushered in drastic changes to various state election laws nationwide ahead of the 2020 Presidential election, most Virginia Election Day ballots and early votes are set to be counted on the day of the election itself; Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Further, a new state law requires election officials to begin counting mail-in votes at least one week prior to Election Day.
However, due to a situation that for some reason allows for mail-in ballots to be counted so long as they are postmarked by the end of Election Day and are received by noon November 5, three whole days after the election, mainstream media reports and partisan election officials in Fairfax County are priming Virginia voters for a post-Election Day debacle in which the winner of the race may be unknowable until the following Friday.
Yesterday, Fox News reported that Konopasek said “it’s a possibility that we will we have to wait until Friday” to know the winner of the gubernatorial election, as Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin continues to surge in the polls amid a series of scandals plaguing Democrat Terry McAuliffe’s campaign.
As The Gateway Pundit reported back in February of this year, the election results in Virginia’s Fairfax County were very suspect late election night.
There were five ballot drops each with over 300,000 votes for Biden in and out like a yoyo which ended up being 73% of the County’s votes for Biden.
We’ve reported since the election on the unreal results in Virginia on Election night. We uncovered a pattern that occurred in Virginia as well as in other states that we labeled the “Drop and Roll”:

VA-8 went 74/26 Biden/Trump
VA-10 went 65/35 Biden/Trump
VA-11 went 72/28 Biden/Trump
This is the result AFTER the bulk dump of 308,000 votes that went 80/20 for Biden after the two 90/10 Biden batches were added then removed. This dump of 308,000 represented 73% of all Fairfax County votes for Biden.
As National File reported, Konopasek was previously retweeting unhinged, anti-Trump, establishment propaganda, accusing the former President of committing treason over the widely debunked Russian Bounty hoax.

Earlier this morning Catholic Archbishop Viganon released his statement regarding Joe Biden’s visit to the Vatican. Vigano has been a big supporter of freedom in Italy, supporting the protesters of the country’s mandatory vaccine for all employees in the country.
Vigano also has a record of uncovering crime in the Vatican and abuse in the church elsewhere.
In his statement, Vigano says in part [emphasis added]:
Every Catholic knows that the killing of a defenseless creature in the mother’s womb is a horrendous crime; and that the most serious scandal is given to the faithful not only by Joe Biden as a convinced supporter of abortion, but also by Bergoglio himself [the current Pope], who is recognized as holding the authority of Supreme Pastor of the Church. On May 17, 2017 Deputy and Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein signed the document to appoint former FBI Chief Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate President Trump on collusion with Russia during the 2016 campaign.
Rosenstein knew at the time there was no collusion but ordered the Special Counsel anyway in one of their many attempts to take down President Trump
Rosenstein then approved the appointment of controversial far-left Democrat Andrew Weissmann to assist in running the Special Counsel. Rosenstein knew Weissmann would run the operation because he knew Robert Mueller was suffering from severe dementia and was incapable of finding the coffee room down the hallway.
This was one of the many lies by the Department of Justice and FBI in the last 6 years proving a corrupt, two-tiered legal system in the country today.
Weissmann then hired all far-left Hillary supporting attorneys and went to work. Weissmann indicted and jailed Trump associates on process crimes. He refused to investigate the criminal actions of the Obama administration’s spying on candidate Trump. Weissmann indicted Russian operatives and companies to appear legitimate. Weissmann harassed Trump officials for two years in the hope that someone would fabricate a story so he could indict Trump.
And the rest is history.
And in July 2019 the country found out Rod Rosenstein and Andrew Weissmann used Robert Mueller in their plot to remove President Trump.
It was very clear from Mueller’s testimony that he is suffering from severe dementia.
Rosenstein and Weissman knew this.
That’s why Mueller NEVER attended the meetings with Trump lawyers.

Anti-Biden Rap Songs Dominate The iTunes Top 10
The anti-Biden anthem “Let’s Go Brandon” continues to spread.
Rap songs with that title are now dominating the iTunes Top 10.
What started as one chart-topping anti-Biden hip-hop anthem has quadrupled into four hit tracks in iTunes’ Top 10 on Friday, as conservatives flock to buy the tunes and prove their purchasing power.
All four songs are titled “Let’s Go Brandon” — a phrase that has become a right-wing rallying cry in recent weeks.
The phrase originated during a NASCAR race in Alabama on Oct. 2. At that event, crowds were caught on camera chanting “F – – k Joe Biden,” but an NBC anchor insisted they were actually chanting “Let’s Go Brandon” — in reference to a win by driver Brandon Brown.
“Let’s Go Brandon” began trending on Twitter, with some right-wingers claiming NBC was involved in a cover-up by refusing to allow any criticism of the president on their network. The phrase has now been co-opted by conservatives, with several rappers creating tracks to troll Democrats.

Virginia Democrats Freak Out After 300,000 Absentee Ballots They Hoped to Drop in Upcoming Election Are Held Up by USPS
Democrats in Virginia are freaking out because more than 300,000 absentee ballots were not mailed out by the US Post Office timely before the governor’s election this week. This number of ballots is the same number that was dropped three times on the night of the 2020 Election, all for senile Joe Biden.
The Washington Times reported on Monday, that the Democrats are suing the USPS.
The Democratic Party of Virginia has filed a lawsuit alleging that local branches of the U.S. Postal Service failed to process and deliver election-related material ahead of the gubernatorial election between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin.
The lawsuit, filed Friday, contends that more than 300,000 Virginians are likely to attempt to cast their ballots by mail this cycle, but USPS did not deliver the requested ballots promptly and therefore is threatening to disenfranchise thousands of Virginia voters.
“Thousands of absentee ballots currently sit at postal facilities throughout the Commonwealth, unprocessed for weeks on end,” the lawsuit states.
The real problem for the Democrats is that they dropped over 300,000 ballots for Joe Biden in the 2020 Election in the middle of the night the morning after Election Day. They want to make sure they can do it again.
How will the Democrats win if they can’t drop 300,000 ballots all for their candidate in the middle of the night on election night? They must be in a panic.

The Lincoln Project, a group of pyscho Trump-hating Republican operatives, issued a statement Friday afternoon claiming credit for the false flag Tiki torch stunt Friday morning in Charlottesville that targeted the campaign of Republican candidate for governor Glenn Youngkin. (Update at end, a liberal activist claims co-credit.)
The stunt was reported by WVIC-TV reporter Elizabeth Holmes who reported the operatives said something like, “We’re all in for Glenn,”
as they formed up in front of the Youngkin campaign bus parked outside an event at a Guadalajara Restaurant in Charlottesville.

The small group of false flag operatives was comprised of three White men, a White woman and a Black man, dressed in matching white dress shirts, tan khaki trousers, ball caps and sunglasses with each carrying Tiki torches pretending to be Youngkin supporters reenacting the infamous 2017 White nationalist Tiki torch Unite the Right march in Charlottesville.
But now, at least two of the operatives involved in the stunt are not Lincoln Project members they are Democrat Party operatives.
Colleen Wachenfeld, the only torch-carrying woman in the photo, is a top Democrat operative from Arizona who is now working with Democrats and the McAuliffe Campaign.
Poor Colleen deleted her Twitter account on Friday after she was identified with her torch.

On February 14, 2020, General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, Xi Jinping, emphasized the need to incorporate biosecurity into China’s national security system.
In China, biosecurity is a euphemism for “bio-based war” because so much of Chinese military doctrine is devoted to the offensive use of biotechnology.
The 2011 version of “Chinese People’s Liberation Army Military Language” provides the following definition:
Biological warfare refers to the use of biological weapons to injure humans and animals and destroy crops. It was formerly called germ warfare. In combat, biological warfare agents are used in various ways to cause epidemics in the opponent’s army and the rear area, and large areas of crops are necrotic, so as to achieve the purpose of weakening the opponent’s combat effectiveness and destroying its war potential.”
But China’s military distinguishes between traditional biological warfare and “bio-based war” using “military biotechnology.”
In his 2012 article “Development of military biotechnology and the future of bio-based war,” Major General Fu-Chu He wrote:
In future wars, military biotechnology will promote the bio-based weaponry and equipment, bio-based forces and bio-based combat style.”
It is important to note that Major General Fu-Chu He was President of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Vice President of China’s Academy of Medical Sciences, an Alternate Member of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Vice Director of Scientific and Technical Committee affiliated to Central Military Commission, which is China’s equivalent of the U.S. Department of Defense’s DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
That is, Major General Fu-Chu He was Xi Jinping’s closest military advisor on matters of “biosecurity.”
The distinction between bio-based war and biological warfare was described in a November 9, 2020 article by retired Colonel Xin Yang, who is a professor in the Department of Military Teaching and Research at Nanjing University.
Colonel Yang views general biological war using traditional bioweapons as having many of the same limitations as nuclear warfare in terms of their potential widespread destructive power.
He prefers the scalpel of bio-based war to the sledgehammer of biological warfare.
Aspects of bio-based war include:
Micro-attack: “Nonlethal” bioweapons is a concept that runs through recent Chinese military doctrine. That is, bioweapons that do not kill humans, animals and plants or attack them at the macroscopic level, but destroy the structure and physiological functions of humans, animals and plants via microscopic molecular structures and functions.
Moderated conquest: Instead of killing the enemy, bio-based warfare agents can temporarily disable the enemy and prevent participation in war or kill and injure by specific race or ethnicity in a limited way using genetic bioweapons.
Biotechnology-information technology superiority: Greatly increase China’s military superiority and deterrence level by fusing information-based warfare with bio-based war using advanced biotechnologies.
Bio-based war operational approaches: Citing the SARS 2002-2004 and COVID19 pandemics as examples, the secret initiation of epidemics during war to reduce the enemy’s fighting capability or in “pre-war” situations to prevent potential adversaries from mobilizing effectively on the eve of war.
Vaccines as bio-based weapons: Vaccines with “backdoors” can be bio-based warfare vectors present as biological time bombs once inside the body or creating vulnerabilities to future bioweapon attacks. The introduction of such “backdoor” vaccines into the U.S. population is especially risky in inadequately regulated joint vaccine production ventures between Chinese and U.S. pharmaceutical companies, not unlike the introduction of Chinese surveillance capabilities inside Chinese instrumentation and software deployed in the United States.
The above-described developments are not occurring in isolation. People’s Liberation Army Colonel Ji-Wei Guo’s 2010 book “Bio-based war—Reconfiguring Military Strategy for a New Era” highlights the necessity for integrating information warfare with bio-based war to manipulate a disease outbreak or pandemic using propaganda, spread disinformation and create chaos and fears, all elements of the COVID-19 experience.
That and other approaches supporting bio-based war have been incorporated in the 2021 Chinese Communist Party’s 14th Five-Year Plan, which mandated the fusion of the biotechnology and information technology research sectors, in particular, artificial intelligence, as well as the massive collection of human genetic (DNA) information into China’s databases from both Chinese people and internationally.
The “success” of the People’s Liberation Army’s first-generation, bio-based warfare agent, COVID-19, has only accelerated China’s military ambitions.

AG Merrick Garland Called On the FBI to Stalk and Harass American Parents Because They Objected to This Porn Book in their School’s Library — (Warning on Content)
In early October Mark Levin broadcast a letter with insider information on the teachers union, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the FBI who met and organized how to combat America’s parents who were speaking out at local school board meetings across the country.
The parents were outraged at the COVID masking and vaccination rules, critical race theory indoctrination and open porn disguised as literature promoted in American schools today.
The Biden administration and the teachers unions knew this would be a problem for the midterm elections. They knew they must act. The liberal group drafted and released a letter urging the government to use the Patriot Act to spy on American parents of school children for speaking out. Then just days later Attorney General Merrick Garland released his new plan to target and silence American parents of school children by using the FBI and intelligence agencies to crack down on American parents.
Merrick Garland even sent federal agents and a helicopter circling overhead to threaten parents attending the Fairfax County School Board meeting last week in Virginia.
This was after Garland testified and said he was not sending the feds to threaten American parents who speak out at their local school board meetings.
Many of the parents around the country became aware of the illegal porn the schools are pushing on kids in the student libraries.
One book that was found in several libraries is titled, Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe.
The book is a graphic novel with drawings that explains in lurid detail the sexual interactions between two young men, has been inserted into high school libraries across America, despite it violating guidelines against pornography or sexually explicit materials being provided to minors and paid for with our tax dollars.
Gender Queer includes countless images of male-on-male sexual encounters, accompanied by words that one would expect to find inside literary works at adult porn shops or gay sex clubs and bathhouses. Even so, this book was purchased and pushed by school officials around the country, despite it clearly violating county guidelines.

After reading a story on TGP yesterday by Jacob Engels about the book Gender Queer, I was outraged. My wife said to me, “I’m glad you weren’t the parent at that meeting, you would have been arrested.”. She’s right.
I thought, “How could school administrators allow such filth to be allowed in a public school library?”. It’s not like the title of the book is innocuous and wouldn’t lead any normal person to question the context…
… I live in a suburb north of Dallas and although it’s growing quickly, it is still a conservative area. We have 3 girls in the school system in which we are active and engaged. (I can assure you that my engagement has just increased to a whole new level.) If this book can make its way into schools here, it can be in schools anywhere. I got a copy of the book in order to verify for myself the accuracy detailed in your article. It was accurate alright. I include images from the book and please publish them because parents need to comprehend what is happening in our schools:

How do they get away with this in public schools? Why is this book necessary? Why do the kids need pictures of sex? And how is this even legal?
To be clear it really doesn’t matter if it is photos of gay sex or straight sex in the books. Both are objectionable for school libraries.
And why is Merrick Garland sending out the FBI to harass American parents for making a stand against this filth in our schools?

Michigan Police Are Hunting Down Elections Official Who Refused Corrupt, Soros-Backed Secretary of State’s Order to Destroy 2020 Election Evidence
The world is upside down. Michigan’s corrupt Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, walks free, after certifying a corrupt and fraudulent election, while an elections worker who opposed Benson’s efforts to delete 2020 Election evidence is sought after by the police.
A far-left report coming out of Michigan paints an election worker in the state as a wild QAnon conspirator who has stolen election material from the state.
Michigan State Police are investigating the disappearance of voting equipment from a rural township after a clerk who promoted conspiracy theories was stripped of her duties.
Adams Township Clerk Stephanie Scott was barred from administering the upcoming Nov. 2 election after she refused to allow legally-required maintenance and accuracy testing on voting machines. Hillsdale County Clerk Marney Kast, who was appointed to run the election, suspects Scott confiscated a tablet containing sensitive election information.
“At this point in time I have no idea where it’s at,” Kast said. “I assume it’s with (Scott).”
Kast said Scott did not turn over a tablet described as the “brains” of the machine as requested. Kast said Scott responded to the request by saying she is “consulting her attorney.” County election officials notified state officials when the tablet went missing, which sparked an MSP investigation.
We reported previously that the “legally required maintenance” noted by the far-left outfit was an anomaly – something not regularly done. Also, by changing batteries in the voting machines in Michigan, the state erased 2020 Election data from these machines.
This was confirmed at Mike Lindell’s symposium in South Dakota.
We also know that the Secretary of State behind these illegal actions was part of a George Soros Secretary of State program.
So the person who is standing up for the law by not erasing 2020 election data from the voting machine in her local community is on the run from the police, but the corrupt Secretary of State who initiated actions to illegally destroy 2020 Election evidence walks free.
The ‘Republicans’ in the Michigan legislature do nothing to address the many crimes involved in the 2020 Election in their state. These crimes included a white van secretly dropping off tens of thousands of ballots in the middle of the night in Detroit, voting machine ‘glitches’, stolen military votes, radical outsiders allowed in the counting rooms to intimidate Republican observers, hundreds of thousands of ballots dropped for Biden in the middle of the night, and hundreds of affidavits of wrongdoing as listed by Rudy Giuliani in front of the legislature. None of this was investigated by the DOJ.
And, after all this, the ‘Republican’ legislature writes a report that nothing was wrong with the 2020 Election as if it was written by George Soros himself.
Michigan is a mess. The people there will never be free until their elections are accurate and fair, something their politicians don’t understand and apparently don’t want.
