Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R), who previously vowed to wait to certify the election results until all litigation was resolved, also rushed to certify AZ’s results on Monday.

Recall, Governor Ducey rushed to sign legislation to allow the most populous county, Maricopa County – the county that determines who wins Arizona – to use Dominion machines in the 2020 election.

Arizona is now reporting 79.9% voter turnout, the HIGHEST in the country according to latest aggregated results from Statista. It is also easily the biggest turnout in state’s history.

On November 16, 2020, Arizona was reporting a 65.9% voter turnout.

Now on November 30, 2020, the Secretary of State’s recommended election results website Arizona Vote is now reporting 79.9% voter turnout!

Republican incumbent Mike Garcia defeated Democrat Christy Smith in California’s 25th congressional district.

CA25 covers northern Los Angeles County and a part of eastern Ventura County in Southern California.

The congressional race finally came to an end Monday after weeks of counting ballots.

Republican Mike Garcia won by 339 votes after the last batch of ballots was counted.

Dr. Scott Atlas Resigns From White House Coronavirus Post Advising President Trump as 130 Day Stint Expires

Dr. Scott Atlas resigned from his post as a temporary coronavirus advisor to President Trump Monday night. Atlas was brought on in August as a special government employee for 130 days. Atlas resigned before his tenure runs out this week. Atlas’ less restrictive approach to the pandemic, especially on lockdowns and school closures was seen by many Trump supporters as a counter-point to the restrictive, doctrinaire views of leading White House Coronavirus Task Force members Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx.

Atlas is not an infectious disease expert. However, he is a physician and academician who focuses on “the impact of government and the private sector on access, quality, and pricing in health care, global trends in health care innovation, and key economic issues related to the future of technology-based medical advances” at Stanford University.

Earlier this month Stanford University, where Atlas serves as a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, issued a statement distancing the university from Atlas.

The university has been asked to comment on recent statements made by Dr. Scott Atlas, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution who is on leave of absence from that position.

Stanford’s position on managing the pandemic in our community is clear. We support using masks, social distancing, and conducting surveillance and diagnostic testing. We also believe in the importance of strictly following the guidance of local and state health authorities.

Dr. Atlas has expressed views that are inconsistent with the university’s approach in response to the pandemic. Dr. Atlas’s statements reflect his personal views, not those of the Hoover Institution or the university.

Doh! IRS Sent $34 Million In Stimulus Checks To Non-Citizens In Foreign Countries

Yet another IRS blunder is costing US citizens more money. This time, they’ve acknowledged that they “accidentally” sent $34 million to more than 28,000 non-citizens in foreign countries. Seems as though the covfefe is because these people claimed some income in the United States, so they ended up in the IRS database. Predictably, the bureaucratic brainiacs didn’t see anything concerning about sending checks to non citizens in other countries.

NPR (if you can believe that) first reported this back in August:

Thousands of foreign workers who entered the U.S. on temporary work visas received $1,200 checks in error during the first round of stimulus payments, and many of them are spending the money in their home nations. One tax preparation firm told NPR that it has clients from 129 countries who mistakenly received stimulus checks, including Brazil, Canada, China, India, Nigeria and South Korea.

Government officials and tax experts say the mistake happened because many foreign workers, whether unintentionally or on purpose, file incorrect tax returns that make them appear to be U.S. residents. Some of them are now trying to amend their returns because they worry that having mistakenly received a stimulus check will jeopardize their visa status, green card application or ability to return to the U.S.

How much stimulus money was mistakenly sent to foreign workers living overseas is difficult to quantify. But Sprintax, which does U.S. tax preparation for nonresidents, did about 400 amended returns last year for people who mistakenly filed as U.S. residents, and so far this year it has done 5,000 — almost 5% of the total federal tax returns it filed last year, according to the company. If just 5% of last year’s more than 700,000 student and seasonal workers with F-1 and J-1 visas received a stimulus check in error, that would total $43 million.

Many of those workers are college students, often from Eastern Europe and South and Central America, who travel to the United States for temporary and seasonal low-wage jobs such as waiters, lifeguards and hotel housekeepers at ski resorts, amusement parks and beach destinations. In a typical year, the U.S. issues work visas to several hundred thousand foreign students.

Now the IRS has confirmed the mistakes, as NPR reports in a new follow-up story:

The IRS now acknowledges that its own error caused some citizens of other countries to mistakenly receive $1,200 coronavirus relief payments — and that the mistake is likely to happen again if more stimulus money goes out.

When reports of the mistake first surfaced, the U.S government placed the blame on those non-Americans, saying that many noncitizens erroneously received stimulus checks because they had filed incorrect tax returns that made them appear to be American.

But many non-Americans who received stimulus money do not file U.S. tax returns. One of them is Susanne Wigforss, a 78-year-old Swedish citizen who lives in Stockholm.

Wigforss was surprised in July to get a $1,200 check in the mail from the U.S. Treasury. It was followed by a letter from the White House signed by President Trump, addressed to “My Fellow American” and informing her that “your economic impact payment has arrived.”

Asked about this by NPR, the IRS acknowledged it mistakenly sent checks to some noncitizens who receive Social Security and other federal benefits — such as Wigforss, who receives a small Social Security payment from having worked in California for several years.

“This is so wrong,” Wigforss said, “because I saw that a number of people were being evicted every month in Chicago, for instance, and I thought one of those families would have needed this stimulus check. Why should a Swedish citizen living abroad receive $1,200?”

“There’s no way I’m going to cash this money — it doesn’t belong to me,” she added. “But how much money is bleeding out from the Treasury Department because of these [misdirected] stimulus checks, I wonder?”

The U.S. government cannot answer that question. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration did find that, as of late May, $34 million in stimulus money had gone to people who filed a tax return with a foreign address.

But that includes eligible people, such as U.S. citizens living abroad, and does not include ineligible foreign citizens who received a check at a U.S. address. For example, NPR interviewed a citizen of the Dominican Republic who was not eligible yet received a $1,200 economic impact payment at his former address in Massachusetts. That $34 million also does not include people, such as Wigforss, who received a check but did not file a U.S. tax return.

U.S. Treasury officials said they are “continuing to assess the accuracy of the economic impact payments … and the recovery efforts for any erroneous payments.” In the meantime, they told NPR, the IRS is “relying on individuals to voluntarily return these payments.”

Recall that earlier in the year the IRS came clean about sending stimulus checks to 1 million deceased people. Perhaps that’s how Sleepy Joe found all his mysterious extra votes?

Thousands of Kanye votes were reportedly stolen says an eye-witness in Michigan!

Votes that were clearly marked for Kanye West were, instead, given to Joe Biden in Michigan, witnesses allege. 

Kanye started a low-key run for President over the past year, failing to fulfill the many onerous and restrictive ballot access requirements in many states, including Michigan. Michigan requires independent candidates for President to collect 12,000 petition signatures in order to appear on the ballot, a requirement that Kanye did not meet back in July.

But many still preferred Kanye, and voted for him. 

Those votes were primarily given to Joe Biden, according to witnesses, who said poll workers joked about it as they physically altered ballots to remove votes for Kanye, and instead add them to the Democrat totals.

“The Secretary of State took these people’s vote and changed it.”

“When the write-in is deleted and the mark is made for straight ticket, and the party is marked Democrat, all deleted write-in votes become Democrat votes, they were doing this all day,” said Robin Mifsud, a GOP Poll Challenger in Detroit on election day who witnessed Kanye votes going to Biden. “The Secretary of State took these people’s vote and changed it.”

Democrat Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson quietly issued rules this past summer that any “unapproved write-in” should have their votes CANCELLED.

Witnesses describe THOUSANDS of Kanye votes that were GIVEN TO BIDEN due to this “Benson rule.”

If someone voted straight-ticket Democrat and wrote in Kanye, since he was an “unapproved write-in candidate” according to the Secretary of State, they were instructed to remove Kanye’s vote and instead give that vote to Joe Biden, a 77 year old white man.

The witness whistleblowers who came forward to reveal this all saw it happen in Detroit. 

“This shit ain’t about Trump anymore, they out here stealing from Yeezy, this ain’t right,” said Kanye fan Chris S., in Detroit.

Kanye has already conceded.

Arizona Witness: Truck Loads of Ballots Kept Coming in For 10 Days After Elections Officials Thought They Were Done Counting Votes (VIDEO)

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday.

Several credible witnesses testified on the Dominion voting machines and other irregularities that point to outright Democrat voter fraud.

One witness testified that the signatures on the ballots “didn’t even resemble” what they were matching to on file.

The same witness also said that truck loads of ballots kept coming in for 10 days after elections officials thought they were done counting votes.

BREAKING: Arizona State Rep Issues Call to Withhold State’s Electoral College Votes to Joe Biden Due to Significant Evidence of Fraud

Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (district 11) on Monday issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday.

The hearing was chaired by Representative Mark Finchem with a number of House and Senate members on the hearing panel.

Trump’s legal team brought out many credible witnesses again on Monday who testified on the Dominion voting machines and other irregularities that point to outright Democrat voter fraud.

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai presented very powerful data to Arizona lawmakers that completely obliterated the Biden victory narrative.

In the middle of the hearing on Monday, Arizona’s crooked Secretary of State certified the false election results.

However, Rep. Finchem said not so fast.

Finchem called on his colleagues to withhold Arizona’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden due to significant evidence of voter fraud presented at Monday’s hearing.

“We are clawing our electoral college votes back, we will not release them. That’s what I’m calling our colleagues in both the House and the Senate to do,” added Finchem. “Exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”

He added, “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statue. When it comes to this one question, a simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day pass a resolution, and cause those electors to basically be held. And it is binding. I’ll see you all in court.”

Standing nearby was Sonny Borrelli, the Republican Senate Majority Whip, indicating Finchem’s plan may already be receiving support among the Arizona Republican Party’s leadership.

EXCLUSIVE: Native American Voter Bribe Efforts Were Partially Funded By Soros and Government Agencies — Powered By Act Blue

Efforts to bribe Native Americans to vote in states crucial for the Democrats were partially funded by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation and government agencies.

Vote Native is an initiative of the National Congress of American Indians.

As the Gateway Pundit reported on Sunday evening, Native Americans in Arizona, Nevada and a slew of other states were given gift cards, televisions, electronics, and even resort stays in exchange for voting. These efforts were largely coordinated by the NCAI.

According to their website, the NCAI is partnered with the controversial Open Society Foundation, which was founded by Soros. The group also lists the Department of Agriculture, Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of the Interior, Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Small Business Administration as government partners.

Any monetary exchange for votes, whether partisan or not, is illegal.

However, all of the signs lead to this having been a highly partisan effort on behalf of the Democratic Party.

In Wisconsin, the Native Vote effort openly posted support for Joe Biden on their social media accounts. Among other “prizes” and giveaways, Native Vote gave away swag bags and held $50 Gift Card Raffles in exchange for proof that people voted.

Native Organizers Alliance, an organization involved in these efforts, works directly with Act Blue. When you click to donate on their website, you are redirected to an ActBlue fundraising page. They are also fiscally sponsored by Alliance for a Just Society.

CNN’s Van Jones credited the Native Vote efforts for Biden’s alleged win.

In Nevada, a lawsuit filed by the Trump campaign on behalf of Nevada electors states that “at least one of the social media videos in which NNVP promoted the voting drives and the incentives depicted NNVP personnel wearing a ‘Biden-Harris’ face covering and standing in front of a van bearing a ‘Biden-Harris’ logo and openly encouraged people to vote for Joseph Biden.”

The lawsuit continues on to assert that “offering something of value to a voter in exchange for his/her vote is a violation of Federal and Nevada law. All such votes cast in exchange for the above described incentives are, therefore, illegal and improper votes. The evidence will show that there were no less than 500 of these illegal and improper votes.”

“These illegal or improper votes cast and counted are in an amount sufficient to raise reasonable doubt as to the outcome of the Election,” the lawsuit asserts.

“The fact that the voting drives were officially promoted by NNVP organizing personnel displaying ‘Biden-Harris’ promotional material and logos reflects that value was being offered to voters under these circumstances in an effort to manipulate or alter the outcome of the Election,” it reads.
