Weaponized DOJ Retracts Prior Decision to Incarcerate Archer Before Testimony Following Pushback from House GOP – Denies Claims of Obstruction

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a statement firmly denying any attempt to obstruct or prevent Devon Archer from providing his testimony before Congress on Monday.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced on Sunday “that anyone who tries to obstruct Congressional oversight will be held accountable.”

A key witness in the Biden Inc. corruption scandal has confirmed he’ll cooperate with @GOPoversight investigators, despite the weekend filing by Biden’s DOJ.

The weaponized DOJ made it clear that the claims circulating about their intentions to arrest Archer, a key witness in the case involving Hunter Biden, prior to his testimony, were baseless. The clarification comes amidst allegations of the DOJ’s attempted interference in the Congressional proceedings and witness intimidation.

Matthew Schwartz, Archer’s attorney, also dismissed the speculation that the timing of the DOJ’s request was meant to intimidate Archer.

“To be clear, Mr. Archer does not agree with that speculation. In any case, Mr. Archer will do what he has planned to do all along, which is to show up on Monday and to honestly answer the questions that are put to him by the Congressional investigators,” said Schwartz in a statement.

In a follow-up letter to Judge Abrams regarding the Second Circuit’s mandate affirming Archer’s conviction, the DOJ clarified its position.

“The Government writes to follow up on its July 29, 2023 letter apprising the Court of the Second Circuit’s mandate affirming the judgment of conviction in this matter,” the letter read.

The DOJ clarified that it has not, at any point, requested Devon Archer to surrender before his scheduled Congressional testimony on Monday, July 31, 2023. The DOJ claimed that it respects Archer’s obligation to testify and has never intended to disrupt this process.

“The Government understands that the defendant is scheduled to provide testimony to Congress tomorrow, July 31, 2023. To be clear, the Government does not request (and has never requested) that the defendant surrender before his Congressional testimony.”

The DOJ further clarified that the process for a defendant to surrender and commence a prison sentence, which includes designation to a federal facility by the Bureau of Prisons, can take several weeks or months after a surrender date is set by the Court.

In an effort to alleviate doubts about its intentions regarding Devon Archer’s imminent Congressional testimony, the DOJ has backtracked and requested that, should the Court decide on a surrender date for Archer, it be set after his Congressional testimony is completed.

This reversal comes in the wake of allegations from several House Judiciary Committee members who called for emergency hearings on the DOJ’s interference with Congressional Oversight.

Stephen produced a separate video from our conversation last Wednesday that focused on the CIA and on Hunter Biden. He started off asking me to comment on the following news item:

U.S. CIA Director William Burns said on Saturday that disaffection in Russia with the war in Ukraine was a once-in-a-generation opportunity to recruit spies – and that his agency was not letting it go to waste.

“Disaffection with the war will continue to gnaw away at the Russian leadership beneath the steady diet of state propaganda and practiced repression,” Burns, a former U.S. ambassador to Moscow, said in a lecture to Britain’s Ditchley Foundation in Oxfordshire, England.

Egads!!! Why announce this in public? (And yes, in the video I call Burns a moron.) Burn’s apparently has never played poker and is unfamiliar with the concept of keeping one’s cards close to one’s vest. In other words, don’t show your damn hand.

The Russians either are laughing uproariously or shaking their heads in disbelief in listening to this diplomat turned spy master reveal himself as a rank amateur. Russian “disaffection” with the war? The public opinion polls in Russia show the opposite to be the case. So does this mean that the CIA analysts are lying to Burns or is he refusing to read the information that is readily available in public? Either way, it is not a good look.

If you are inclined to think this was just a one – off mistake, think again. Burns also trumpeted the CIA’s alleged success in re-building a bungled spy network in China during an interview at the Aspen Security Forum last week:

“About a decade ago, China rolled up a lot of CIA operations in China. A dozen or more CIA sources were arrested or executed. Have you rebuilt?,” said Mary Louise Kelly, co-host of All Things Considered.

“We’ve made progress and we’re working very hard over recent years to ensure that we have a strong human intelligence capability to complement what we can acquire through other methods um on the Cyber front the recent,” said William Burns, director of the CIA.

For the love of God man! You don’t talk about Fight Club:

It is one thing to talk about the history of the CIA and activities with people who are long dead. But Burn’s comments about current operations is likely to spur counter-intelligence efforts by the Russians and the Chinese and dissuade potential foreign spies from putting their lives in the hands of a CIA led by such an incompetent.

Kansas City Chief’s Player Travis Kelce Punches Teammate at Training Camp

Things got physical at the Kansas City Chief’s training camp on Saturday.

KC’s All Pro tight end Travis Kelce caught a pass in the end zone from quarterback Patrick Mahomes during drills.

Linebacker Jack Cochrane took a swipe at the ball after the reception and then Kelce threw a punch.

The New York Post reports:

It was Kelce’s second straight day getting into a heated scuffle at Kansas City’s training camp.

On Friday, Kelce, 33, got “agitated” with a referee during practice with “more extracurricular activity than usual,” according to Pete Sweeney of Arrowhead Pride.

Kelce then got into an altercation with cornerback Dicaprio Bootle, who also went for a swipe of the ball after a play had ended.

Safety Bryan Cook and running back La’Mical Perine got in front of Kelce, pushing him away while Bootle continued to clap after the kerfuffle.

Annual COVID Shots Expected, Much Like Flu Shots, Says New CDC Director

In an interview with Spectrum News, the new Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr. Mandy Cohen, announced that her agency anticipates the COVID-19 vaccine becoming an annual vaccination, much like the flu shot.

The CDC is finalizing a new recommendation, expected to be announced in early September, stating that Americans should receive an annual COVID-19 booster to protect against the coronavirus.

“We’re just on the precipice of that, so I don’t want to get ahead of where our scientists are here and doing that evaluation work, but yes we anticipate that COVID will become similar to flu shots, where it is going to be you get your annual flu shot, and you get your annual COVID shot,” Dr. Mandy Cohen told Spectrum News at the CDC’s headquarters in Atlanta.

“We’re not quite there yet, but stay tuned,” she added. “I think within the next couple of weeks, month we’re going to hear more from our experts on COVID shots.”

Dr. Cohen expressed concern about parents opting out of vaccinating their children, particularly concerning given her worries about the looming “tripledemic” of COVID-19, influenza, and RSV.

“I’m very worried about parents not vaccinating kids,” Cohen said. “I got my kids vaccinated from the circulating viruses. There’s plenty of other things that are hard as parents that we can’t do. This is one we can do to protect our kids.”

She also admitted that during Walensky’s watch,”folks have been very clear that the CDC did lose trust.”

“There were some early places where the CDC didn’t perform and execute in the way they needed to,” Cohen said, citing people’s vaccine hesitancy.

According to Spectrum News, in her first month as director, Cohen claimed to focus on three key areas: transparency, effective execution, and building relationships with the public, health leaders, and politicians across party lines.

In addition, she responded to the efforts of House Republicans to cut the agency’s funding, particularly regarding climate change initiatives and research.

“Just like we have a military to protect us here and around the world, we need a CDC that can protect us,” she said.

“[When people hear ‘CDC,’ I want them to think of a] trusted partner who’s looking out for me, who’s looking out to protecting my health … good, accurate information that helps me with common sense solutions to protect myself, my family and my community.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported during Cohen’s tenure as the top health official for North Carolina, she aggressively pushed COVID restrictions and laughed about the impact on Americans.

Massive Firebombing in Seattle Possibly Linked to Drug War Between Competing Homeless Camps (VIDEO)

How bad are things in Seattle? Homeless camps are now waging war on each other over control of the drug trade. A man from one camp is suspected of going into another and igniting explosive materials, causing a huge fire and almost killing people in the process.

The longer that local and national leaders look the other way on this kind of thing, the worse it’s going to get.

What happens when this moves into residential areas?

This Means War: Explosion at Seattle Homeless Camp Possibly Linked to Drug Trade Battle

An explosion that set a homeless encampment in Seattle ablaze on July 21 was due to explosive devices, according to law enforcement.

The devices that were detonated at the scene may have a connection to a fight for control over who is in charge of the drug trade among the homeless population in the area, KOMO reported Wednesday.

The blaze the erupted July 21 was initially reported as a brush fire that was seen burning up numerous trees at the site near Interstate 5 and a hospital.

The cause was unknown at the time, but the police report obtained by KOMO said witnesses who saw the explosion deemed it a targeted attack on a fentanyl tent with people inside…

The article noted:

“[Witness] stated minutes prior to the explosion he saw the devices and alerted others inside. [Witness] stated everyone inside the tent freaked out and exited by lifting the other side of the structure to escape. [Witness] stated he then attempted to exit south due to hearing gunshots and flashing from the bush to the northeast, but saw another IED south of the structure,” a Seattle police officer wrote in the report.

China-linked Bio Lab Discovered in Fresno Co, California – Had Over 900 Mice “Genetically Engineered to Catch and Carry the Covid-19 Virus”

On March 3, an illegal bio lab was discovered in a believed-to-be vacant building in Reedley, California in Fresno County. City code enforcement stumbled upon the building in December 2022 when they discovered a garden hose running up into the building through a hole in the wall.  In March, they obtained a warrant to inspect the property, and in April, the Fresno County Department of Public Health ordered an inspection of the facility.

Investigators inspected the building that contained the lab in July and found a room used to make COVID-19 tests and pregnancy tests.  They also found over 35 freezers and refrigeration units that contained “thousands of bodily fluids, serums, tissues, and other medical items.”

According to the Mid Valley Times:

According to a declaration from Humero Prado, Assistant Director of Fresno County Public Health, which was filed in superior court, investigators discovered that one room of the warehouse was used to produce COVID-19 and pregnancy tests. In other rooms, investigators found blood, tissue and other bodily fluid samples. They also found thousands of vials that contained unlabeled fluids.

Over 900 mice were located at the facility. Court documents identify Wang Zhaolin as the Prestige representative onsite during the investigation. Zhaolin informed the investigators that “these mice were genetically engineered to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.” Court documents describe the conditions under which the mice were housed as “inhumane.”

From May 2 through May 4, the CDC’s Division of Select Agents and Toxins inspected 850 I Street. Court documents confirm the CDC found potentially infectious agents at the location. These included both bacterial and viral agents, including chlamydia, E. Coli, streptococcus pneumonia, hepatitis B and C, herpes 1 and 5 and rubella. The CDC also found samples of malaria.

That phone call launched an investigation that would eventually involve the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the FBI, the State Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the State Department of Health, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and FCDPH, and would lead to the discovery of a lab that had been operating illegally in the city since October 2022. For FCDPH Director David Luchini and FCDPH Assistant Director Joe Prado, the amount of biological materials and chemicals – over 800 – found at the lab was a first.

The company alleged to be running the lab, Prestige BioTech, is based out of Nevada and is the successor to Universal Meditech, Inc (UMI).  In Dec. 2022, the FDA announced a recall over 56,000 “Skippack Medical Lab” Rapid Anti-Gen COVID-19 tests distributed by UMI to California and Texas.

Another representative of Prestige BioTech, David He, dodged questions regarding accountability and ownership of the company and whether or not they were properly disposing of the hundreds of dead mice.  Prestige would not confirm if the biologics contained in the lab were theirs.

Prestige BioTech was able to operate 35 freezers and refrigeration devices without anyone questioning the electrical draw that would be required for a building that “was supposed to be vacant,” according to City Manager Nicole Zieba.  When investigators entered the building on July 5th, however, the power to the refrigerators and freezers “was lost” but the biological samples were still frozen.

Court documents show that “48 containers (appx. 44 gallons per container) full of biological material and medical waste” were removed on one day followed by another 31 the next day for a total of 75 containers full of biological material and medical waste.

According to court documents reported by NBC News, court documents claim “the other addresses provided for identified authorized agents were either empty offices or addresses in China that could not be verified.”

Challenging the Lies About Russia and the War in Ukraine

Fighting lies is a tiring business, but it must be done. My recent public debate with Andrij Dobriansky is a real oddity because there have been few opportunities like this during the past 18 months where critics of NATO’s policy towards Russia and challenge the lies of the Ukrainian and Western propagandists. I only scratched the surface with Mr. Dobriansky’s mendacity.

The propaganda lies churned out by U.S. and British intelligence, which are plentiful and audacious, cover the gamut — e.g., Putin has a terminal illness; Putin is weak and hanging be a thread; Ukraine is advancing steadily in its counter offensive; Russia is isolated; Russia’s economy is collapsing; Russian conscripts are being dragooned against their will to join the army; Russian prisoners are being coerced to join paramilitary forces and fight on the front lines; the morale of the Russian Army is collapsing; Russia’s Generals are incompetent; Russia is suffering more casualties than Ukraine; and Russia is a colonial imperialist.

I want to touch on the ridiculous claim by Dobriansky that Russia is guilty of colonialism in Africa. For those of you who watched the video of my exchange with this gentleman, you saw that he declined my challenge to name just one country in Africa that was colonized by Russia, controlled and exploited for years. He could not respond because Russia is not guilty of this defamatory accusation.

Here is a break out of the Empires and colonies in 1920 following WWI:

You will note that Russia stayed home. It was not romping across the globe, snatching up territories and planting its flag.

The reality for Africa is the one region in the world that has suffered the most from the colonial exploitation of European nations for more than 200 years. France and Britain were the two big players, controlling almost two-thirds of Africa. But other European states also staked claims over the people and territory of countries across the African continent — Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Spain.

It is true that many African nations actively participated in enslaving and selling other Africans to the Europeans and Americans. And it is true that Britain tried to put a stop to the international slave selling business with passage of the Slave Act in 1807. But that one act of decency does not erase the injustice and pillaging of the African colonies by the Brits during the 19th and early 20th Century. The same holds true for the other European colonizers who used the African nations as their personal piggy banks.

There was a time that we Americans firmly believed in the ideal of self-determination and sternly rejected the idea that a foreign nation could impose its will on another. Thanks to World War I (sarcasm alert) America got over that and began to see the benefits of controlling and exploiting weaker nations.

Since the end of World War II the most active imperial power in the world has been the United States. Just ask Panama, Cuba, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia, the former Yugoslavia, Libya and Yemen. Try to convince the folks from those nations that the American people once held firm to the belief of isolationism.

If you watch Judge Napolitano’s interviews with former CIA officer Jack Devine or free-lance mercenary Matt Van Dyke (it takes a strong stomach to listen to the tsunami of lies that spill from their lips), you hear them repeat the mantra that Russia is suffering huge casualties. This lie is easy to debunk. Just compare the social media posts from Ukraine with those from Russia that show graveyards and military funeral ceremonies. The thousands of graveyards with fresh mounds of dirt are ubiquitous on Ukrainian channels. Not so on the Russian side.

Yes, I know that the apologists for Ukraine will not be convinced and are likely to claim that Russia, as an authoritarian state, will not allow such posts. Nonsense. Just tune in to the latest podcasts from Alex Christoforou and AniaK. Both are in Moscow on separate business (they are not working together) and are posting daily videos as they each stroll around Moscow doing their political commentary and analysis.

Where are those dastardly FSB officers tackling them and stomping on their cell phones? Just one more piece of circumstantial evidence that the Western propaganda describing Russia as a dictatorship and its citizens chafing under authoritarian diktats is a myth.

I will leave you with this rule of thumb for those who monitor Western media — whatever you read in establishment media always assume that there is a purpose — usually nefarious — behind the information you are being allowed to read. Here is a very recent example — Joe Biden, after years of silence, finally acknowledged the bastard grand daughter from Hunter’s one night stand with a stripper. Why now? Is there concern among Biden’s campaign staff that his prior refusal to embrace that little girl paints him as the angry, spiteful little man that he is? That is small potatoes compared to the manipulation of the Ukraine/Russia narrative. Remain alert. Question everything.

Tafari Campbell’s Death Mystery Deepens: Police Leave Call Log Detailing Obama’s Private Chef’s Drowning BLANK – Call was Made Two Miles from Obama’s Residence Contradicting Initial Report

Martha’s Vineyard law enforcement appears to have left a significant void in the details surrounding the tragic drowning of Obama’s private chef, Tafari Campbell.

The call log of the 911 distress call, received on the night of the accident, conspicuously omits the reason for the call, Daily Mail reported.

Tafari Campbell, 45, met his tragic end while paddle boarding on Great Edgartown Pond, Martha’s Vineyard, on Sunday night. He was reportedly not alone, but local police have yet to disclose the other person’s identity.

Police confirmed Campbell was visiting Martha’s Vineyard and was employed by the Obamas at the time of his death. Barack and Michelle Obama were not present at their home but were in town when the incident occurred.

On the night of the incident, the Edgartown Police Department’s logs confirm the receipt of a 911 distress call at precisely 7:46 pm, reporting the 45-year-old struggling to stay afloat on the surface before he drowned.

Oddly, the call log shows the reason for this call as BLANK – an inconsistency, considering that all other calls made that night had their reasons clearly mentioned.

Dispatch calls between Martha’s Vineyard emergency services confirm the presence of a second paddle boarder with Campbell.

According to a statement from the Massachusetts State Police reported by MassLive, the unidentified paddleboarder tried to swim to Campbell but tragically, “did not reach him in time.”

After the failed rescue attempt, the individual managed to swim back to shore and alerted someone who then called 911.

A female made the initial 911 call, who, as of 8:18 pm, was actively searching for Campbell on a boat, per Daily Mail.

This information contradicts the Massachusetts State Police records, stating that the first call originated from the Obamas’ residence.

This additional information deepens the ongoing mystery surrounding the circumstances of Campbell’s death. As the identity of the other paddleboarder remains unknown, many questions are still unanswered. Why the 911 call log was left blank in the police records and why there are discrepancies regarding the call’s origin are questions that still need to be clarified.

According to Daily Mail, there was significant activity around the Obama residence on the night of the incident. A separate medical emergency was reported at a nearby residence at 11:40 pm.

Hersh: Ukraine Most Corrupt Government in World, Biden’s Support of Zelensky “Because He’s Taking Care of Biden’s Son”

The Biden Regime played a “vital” role in the attack on the Kerch Bridge to Crimea which killed a couple and injured their child, investigative reported Seymour Hersh revealed. Joe Biden’s support of  Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky “can only come from Zelensky’s knowledge of Biden”, and “because he was taking care of Biden’s son,” Hersh writes.

The attack on the Kerch Bridge linking Crimea to Russia 7/17 with a pair of submersible drones killed a Russian civilian couple who were driving across, and injured their child. It was the second attack on the bridge and was followed by Russia suspending the deal on Ukrainian grain exports via the Black Sea.

The Biden administration’s role in both attacks was “vital”, Hersh reports, quoting unidentified American officials: “Of course it was our technology,” the official told Hersh. “The drone was remotely guided and half submerged—like a torpedo.”

The Biden Regime did not care about the consequences of the bridge attack, Hersh’s source said: “What will Putin do? We don’t think that far,” the source said. “Our national strategy is that Zelensky can do whatever he wants to do. There’s no adult supervision.”

“Zelensky has no plan, except to hang on. It’s as if he’s an orphan—a poor waif in his underwear—and we have no real idea of what Zelensky and his crowd are thinking. Ukraine is the most corrupt and dumbest government in the world, outside of Nigeria, and Biden’s support of Zelensky can only come from Zelensky’s knowledge of Biden, and not just because he was taking care of Biden’s son,” the intel insider said.

The source called the American Ukraine policy “confounding and unrealistic”, Hersh said. “The president and [Secretary of State] Tony Blinken keep on saying, ‘We are going to do what it takes for as long as it takes’ to win the war.” That means only that “More people are going to die in this war, and what for?” the official asked. “The American and Ukrainian military are no longer making any predictions” about the war, Hersh writes.

“The Ukrainian army has not gotten past the first of three Russian defense lines. Every mine the Ukrainians dig up is replenished at night by the Russians. The reality, is that the balance of power in the war is settled. Putin has what he wants: access to Crimea and the four Ukrainian oblasts—Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia—that were annexed by Russia last September 30. Ukraine does not have them and cannot get them back,” the source said.

“How would President Biden react if China had established a base in Tijuana, Mexico, and met there with all the left-leaning governments of South America? That’s how Putin would be expected to react to the meeting earlier this month of all the NATO chiefs in Vilnius, close to the Russian border.”

Powder Keg Europe: Wagner Forces and Equipment Massing Near Polish Border – Warsaw and Baltic Countries May Shut the Whole NATO Frontier – New Brigade Is Formed To Fight Russian Military Contractors

Tensions are flaring in Eastern Europe. With the background of the absolute carnage of the war in the Ukraine, involving some of the biggest battles since WW2, the recent developments pitting NATO’s Poland and the Baltic countries against Belarus and Russia is a distressing reality.

As of now, as much as 11 columns of military vehicles and equipment, most likely belonging to Wagner PMC, have entered Belarus from Russia, and moved to Tsel, near the Polish Border.

Radio Free Europe reported:

“Military equipment and vehicles believed to belong to the private Wagner mercenary group continue to move to a site in the village of Tsel in eastern Belarus that is believed to be a site where troops from Yevgeny Prigozhin’s company have settled after its aborted mutiny in Russia last month.

Images from the Planet Labs service published on July 25 show at least 750 pieces of equipment and trucks of different types near the tent camp in what used to be a former garrison for members of a Belarusian missile brigade.

Since July 19, the amount of equipment and cars has been building steadily and now includes 62 tent-covered trucks, 534 minibuses, vans, SUVs, pickups, and regular cars, 33 buses of various types, 99 trucks, including some with platforms and construction equipment on them, and 26 trucks and armored vehicles used to transport military personnel.”

The shadowy Prigozhin, Wagner’s founder and leader, appeared in a video welcoming his fighters to Belarus, saying they would ‘help to turn the country’s army into the second-best in the world’.

If you add that to recent ‘tongue-in cheek’ comments by Belarus’ Lukashenko about Wagner fighters wanting to ‘go on an excursion’ in Poland, it’s no surprise there’s a flurry of reactions to all that.

“Poland, Lithuania and Latvia could jointly decide to shut their borders with close Russian ally Belarus if there are serious incidents involving the Wagner group along their frontiers with the country, Poland’s Interior Minister said on Thursday.”

NATO member Poland has moved troops to the east, after which Putin accused Poland of having territorial ambitions, and said ‘any aggression against Belarus would be considered an attack on Russia’.

“‘Undoubtedly, should there be serious incidents involving the Wagner group on the borders of NATO and EU countries, such as Poland, Lithuania or Latvia, we will undoubtedly take an action together’, the [Polish] minister, Mariusz Kaminski, said.

‘I do not exclude that if we decide that this is the right answer at the moment, we will lead to the complete isolation of Belarus’.”

Lithuanian news site LRT also reported on the growing tensions:

“On Thursday, top Polish politicians visited the border with Belarus, where tensions are rising. They talked about the dangers arising from Belarus and Russia, and said that Poland is ready to counter any provocations.”

In 2022, Poland built a 5.5-meter-high secured fence running along a 186-kilometer stretch in the 400-kilometer-long border.

“‘It is still unclear what the mission of the Wagner fighters transferred from Russia to Belarus is’, Stanislaw Zaryn, the representative of the coordinator of the Polish secret service, said in Warsaw. ‘However, we must prepare for their use against Poland’, he added. The Polish army has already transferred part of its troops from the west of the country to the east.

‘This is another military unit built by us from scratch, and, I assure you, it will not be the last one’, Blashchak writes.”

Leave it to the Iranians to allow an actual televised debate about Ukraine. I accepted an invitation to appear on Press TV, which is Iran’s version of Voice of America, unaware that Andrij Dobriansky, Director of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, would be appearing opposite me. That was a pleasant surprise. In contrast to CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and the BBC, the producers for this Press TV program did not do a pre-interview to determine what I was going to say. Go figure — an Iranian-funded television program that does not require one to pledge allegiance to the views of the Iranian Government.

There was a time in the United States when you could see an exchange like the following on most of the cable and network stations. Not anymore. Can those of you who watch American TV news remember the last time you saw someone opposed to the U.S. policy in Ukraine allowed to debate the issue? Doug MacGregor used to get an occasional interview with Tucker, but that ended when Tucker was fired.

I will apologize in advance for not tolerating patiently the lies spewed by Mr. Dobriansky. My Irish ancestry got the better of me.

Here is a snippet of the video I referenced in my exchange with Mr. Dobriansky. Retired British AIR VICE-MARSHAL SEAN MICHAEL BELL, showed up yesterday on Sky News and departed radically from his previous rosy scenario analysis where he insisted Ukraine was triumphing over those dastardly Rooskies.

Bell’s candid admission is a flashing red light signaling a dramatic shift in the Western narrative. He did not offer this spin on his own. The previous messaging about Ukraine’s inevitable triumph over Russia is dead. Bell and others in the United States and NATO are making it quite clear that Ukraine is failing because it refused to follow the wise military guidance of NATO. The stage is being set to jettison Ukraine and leave it to sort things out with Russia in the same way that the United States (and NATO) bugged out of Afghanistan. We declare “Mission Accomplished” and head for the exits.

Mr. Dobriansky is fortunate. He has based in the United States and does not have to worry about coming up with an evacuation plan to escape Kiev once the Western nations pull chocks and depart.

Actor Dennis Quaid recently gave an interview to People Magazine in which he credits his faith in God for saving him after his struggles with drug addiction.

Quaid says at one point that everyone has a relationship with God whether they believe it or not.

Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Epstein Associate Leon Black, Citing Allegations of Severe Abuse and Rape of Autistic Teenager

On Tuesday, a federal lawsuit was filed in Manhattan court against business mogul Leon Black for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl at a townhouse owned by Jeffrey Epstein in 2002.

The lawsuit, which was filed by attorneys at Wigdor Law, alleges disturbing accusations of severe abuse and rape involving a woman who has autism and a rare genetic condition Mosaic Down Syndrome.

The plaintiff, now in her late 30s, claims to have been coerced into engaging in illicit activities with Black, who is widely known for his high-profile role as the former CEO of Apollo Global Management.

The lawsuit further alleges that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, played a pivotal role in facilitating this illicit arrangement, acting as the conduits through which the victim was introduced to Black.

According to her account, the notorious duo trafficked her to several influential older men during the early 2000s. The victim claimed that her recruitment into this dark world occurred at a cheerleading camp with the assistance of other individuals.

Forbes reported:

Jane Doe, the anonymous defendant, claims she was first trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell beginning in 2001, and that Epstein and Maxwell – as well as others – routinely sexually abused her.

The lawsuit allege that Epstein introduced the plaintiff to Leon Black in the spring or summer of 2002 and instructed her to “give [him] the same kind of “massage treatment” that she gives Epstein – meaning that it would involve sexual intercourse and she was expected to strip naked.”

The plaintiff claims Black led the defendant to a massage room on the third floor of Epstein’s townhouse, where he raped the then-16-year-old. “The violent and sadistic nature of Black’s rape left an indelible mark on her, both physically and psychologically,” the lawsuit alleges.

“This is a frivolous and sanctionable lawsuit. Mr. Black has never met this individual,” said Black’s attorney, Susan Estrich of Estrich Goldin.

According to Estrich, Wigdor Law “intentionally manufactured [these] vicious and defamatory lies, masquerading as allegations… as part of the firm’s vendetta against Mr. Black for vigorously and successfully defending himself over the past two years.”

“This sham proceeding will be promptly dismissed and will provide further ammunition for Mr. Black’s pending sanctions motion against the Wigdor firm,” added Estric, referring to Black’s recent motion to sanction the law firm for “wantonly fil[ing] complaints without reasonable investigation.”

Wigdor Law Firm is currently representing Cheri Pierson in an ongoing lawsuit filed in November 2022. Pierson alleges that Black sexually assaulted her in a townhouse owned by Jeffrey Epstein back in 2002. Black, however, maintains his innocence, claiming that he has never met Pierson.

In a similar case from June 2021, Wigdor Law represented Guzel Ganieva, a former Russian model, who claimed that Black raped her. Black denied these allegations as well.

The professional relationship between Ganieva and Wigdor dissolved in March of the following year, and by May, the case was dismissed due to perceived legal inconsistencies in Ganieva’s claims, along with the existence of a pre-signed non-disclosure agreement, according to Forbes.

The outlet added that Leon Black vacated his positions as the CEO and chairman at Apollo Global Management in 2021 following the disclosure of his $158 million payment to Jeffrey Epstein in exchange for financial planning and tax advice. The Senate Finance Committee is currently investigating these significant payments.

According to a recent report by the New York Times, Black made a payment of $62.5 million to the U.S. Virgin Islands to absolve himself from any future potential claims related to the islands’ ongoing investigation into Epstein’s sex trafficking activities there.
