Cop Kueng from George Floyd Death Pleads Guilty, Other Defendant Thao Wants Judge to Decide His Case
This week one of the remaining defendants in the state prosecution of Minneapolis police involved with the death of George Floyd pled guilty on Monday to the remaining state charges. Thomas Lane had previously pled guilty to state charges and Derek Chauvin was previously convicted in state court.
Only one defendant, Tou Thao, has now not yet either been convicted or taken a plea deal in both state and federal prosecutions. The other three defendants have now been convicted or pled guilty in both state and federal courts.
FLOYD COPS PROSECUTED BY FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS FOR OVER TWO YEARS
After this week’s plea deal was announced, defendant Tou Thao asked the state court Judge Peter Cahill to change his trial from a trial by jury to a ‘trial by stipulated facts’ which is a trial by judge. Defendant Thao chose to avoid a jury trial to have his guilt and possible punishment decided by a judge.
The four police officers primarily involved with Floyd’s death have been prosecuted by both the state and federal prosecutors for over two years.
This past July, three of the officers were sentenced in a federal criminal trial. Kueng received a three year sentence, and Thao and Lane both received a three and a half year sentence. Derek Chauvin received a 21 year federal sentence with five of those years under supervised release.

RIOTS FROM FLOYD DEATH WERE MASSIVE IN SCALE, MOST PROTESTERS WERE NOT PROSECUTED
Floyd died on May 25, 2020 and after his death was promoted by race hoaxster Shaun King, nationwide riots resulted. In the riots at least 19 were killed, thousands injured, including 2,000 injured police, 17,000 arrested, and property damages were estimated at $1-2 billion. Most of the charges against Floyd protesters were dropped.
The officers involved have been prosecuted in both state and federal courts for the Floyd death. On April 21, 2021 Officer Derek Chauvin was convicted in state court of unintentional second-degree murder, third degree murder, and second-degree murder, guilty on all counts and received a sentence of 22.5 years.
AS PROSECUTIONS CONTINUE, QUESTION OF WHAT CAUSED FLOYD DEATH CONTINUES TO RAGE
A week ago the family of George Floyd filed a $250 million suit against Kanye West for daring to suggest Floyd died from a Fentanyl drug overdose instead of from police misconduct.
Kanye West had referenced a documentary by Candace Owens, “The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the rise of BLM” that pointed out that when he died, George Floyd had a fatal amount of the illegal drug fentanyl in his body.
The Owens documentary is featured at the Daily Wire and is behind a paywall.
Even in small doses, fentanyl can be deadly. Floyd had 11 nanograms of fentanyl in his body at the time of his death. Floyd’s May 2020 autopsy also reported recent meth use and serious heart disease present. USA Today declared that reports of Floyd’s fentanyl use are irrelevant because some people have reportedly survived with higher levels of the potent drug in their systems.
Enormous political, social, legal, and media pressure has been put to bear to advance the narrative that Floyd died through the actions of the police and that Floyd’s drug use was not a contributing factor.

Kanye “Ye” West Dropped by Adidas, Gap, Balenciaga, and Vogue Over Controversial Remarks
Kanye West and Candace Owens wore “White Lives Matter” T-shirts at a fashion show in Paris.
Even after getting harsh criticism from black celebrities, the 45-year-old artist refused to back down from his controversial “White Lives Matter” attire at Paris Fashion Week in France.
Kanye even declared that BLM was a scam.
Kanye or “Ye” then went on for an hour-long video interview with Tucker Carlson where he talked about Christ, racism, his career, his goals, etc.
Kanye West tweeted that he wanted to go “death con 3” on Jews. This got him banned from Twitter and Instagram.
“I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti-Semitic because black people are actually Jew also you guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda,” Kanye said.
Following Kanye’s controversial comments, major companies have been severing ties with him.
Candace Owens wrote, “Earlier today I learned that @kanyewest was officially kicked out of JP Morgan Chase bank. I was told there was no official reason given, but they sent this letter as well to confirm that he has until late November to find another place for the Yeezy empire to bank.”
“We are sending this letter to confirm our recent discussion that JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A (the “Bank”) has decided to end its banking relationship with Yeezy, LLC and its affiliated entities (collectively, the “Company”),” Chase bank said in the letter.
On, Adidas announced it would stop its partnership with Kanye West, and Gap Inc. announced it would drop items he helped design from its stores.
“After a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. adidas will stop the adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect,” Adidas said in a statement.
“Adidas is the sole owner of all design rights to existing products as well as previous and new colorways under the partnership. More information will be given as part of the company’s upcoming Q3 earnings announcement on November 9, 2022.”

Gap spokesperson said, “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.”
“Our former partner’s recent remarks and behaviour further underscore why we are taking immediate steps to remove Yeezy Gap product from our stores.”

Balenciaga:
Kering, Balenciaga’s parent company, told Women’s Wear Daily that it had severed ties with Ye.
“Balenciaga has no longer any relationship nor any plans for future projects related to this artist,” it said.
Insider reported that Balenciaga had quietly removed all mentions of the artist from its site – including its Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga line.
Vogue:
A spokesperson for fashion magazine Vogue told Page Six that the publication and its editor-in-chief Anna Wintour had no plans to continue working with Ye.
Fashion editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson had criticized Ye’s show at Paris Fashion Week, including the “White Lives Matter” shirts.
“The t-shirts this man conceived, produced, and shared with the world are pure violence,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
Ye himself then targeted Karefa-Johnson on social media, ridiculing her outfit and saying she wasn’t a “fashion person.”
CAA:
Talent agency CAA dropped Ye, news outlets including Deadline, The Los Angeles Times, and Variety reported on Monday.
Deadline reported that CAA only represented for touring, and that he hasn’t toured since signing with the agency in 2016.
