Democrats are throwing an absolute fit over Trump’s nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.
We all knew they would be throwing an absolute fit over this, but Dems like Richard Blumenthal and Mazie Hirono are looking to boycott the process all together.
Senators normally hold one-on-one meetings with the nominee, but some Democrats say they will forgo the process altogether. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said Thursday he would refuse to meet with any nominee put forward before the election. Sen. Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, also a member of the panel, told NPR on Tuesday she would consider boycotting the confirmation hearings altogether.
Well, Senator Ted Cruz is laughing off these childish tactics by the Democrats and is actually encouraging them to not attend the hearings, stating “we’ll confirm her faster” without them there.
Excellent idea! And if you & all your Dem colleagues boycott the hearing altogether, we’ll avoid the political circus & the desperate attempts to smear Judge Barrett and her family.
And we’ll confirm her faster! https://t.co/G30D217Cyt

Users on Twitter also thought this was a great idea and voiced their support for these cry babies to just stay home:
“No hearing needed. Avoid the filth. Go straight to VOTE!”
“Push this Ted! Get the confirmation in the next 3 weeks.”
“Yes, great… just vote in SJC and then full Senate… DONE”
“Thank you for saying what we’re thinking out here in America.”
“Thats it! Confirm her nomination in a week!”
“I think that any senator on the judiciary committee that doesn’t meet with a nominee should not be allowed to ask any questions of the nominee.”
I mean seriously, the less of these idiots show up, the less of a circus we’ll have to put up with.
If we can get through this without the nightmare we did with Kavanaugh, that would be the greatest blessing ever.
