A local Denver school board member, Black Lives Matter protest leader, and anti-gun activist is facing dozens of accusations of sex abuse, rape, harassment, and “inappropriate behavior” from a variety of community members, including 62 high school students and illegal aliens in the DACA program, at least one as young as 14. Tay Anderson is denying the allegations and hopes to continue his work on the school board and in activism, but more victims continue to come forward. He is now stepping aside from his duties while the investigation continues.
Denver school board member Tay Anderson said Sunday he would step back from “everyday board functions” until an outside firm hired by the school district completes an investigation into sexual assault allegations against him.
In a separate statement, the school board clarified that Anderson will still vote on key matters, including the selection of a new superintendent, which is set to happen June 3. A Denver Public Schools spokesperson said Anderson’s stepping back means Anderson will not attend school or district meetings with staff or students.
Anderson announced his decision two days after the school board announced it was aware of new allegations against him.
Anderson is under investigation by an outside firm hired by Denver Public Schools. The district launched the investigation after the civil rights group Black Lives Matter 5280 said in March that a woman came to them to report that Anderson had sexually assaulted her.
Separate from that accusation, former members of anti-gun violence group Never Again Colorado said that Anderson engaged in inappropriate behavior when he was the group’s president in 2018.
Then this week, Denver parent Mary-Katherine Brooks Fleming testified before a Colorado legislative committee that 62 young people, nearly all of them current Denver high school students, came to her starting in August seeking help and protection from a specific man “in a position of trust.” She said they had experienced abuse ranging from unwanted touching to violent rape.
Anderson has consistently denied all allegations against him. He said Sunday that he expects to be cleared and return to all his duties.
Denver Public Schools acknowledged Friday night that its board and the Denver Police Department are aware of new sexual assault allegations against school board member Tay Anderson after a woman testified this week before a legislative committee about a sexual predator within the school system who has targeted students.
On Tuesday, Mary-Katherine Brooks Fleming, a parent of three DPS students, told the state House Judiciary Committee there is “a sexual predator targeting DPS children” during her public testimony in support of a bill that would make it easier for victims to sue institutions who employ child sexual abusers.
Brooks Fleming told the committee 62 people had come to her for help regarding a single individual, but she did not name that person. Their experiences ranged from unwanted touching to “violent acts of rape,” she said. Sixty-one of them lacked documentation or were recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, and the youngest was 14, she said.
“Those who came to my home didn’t have health insurance, couldn’t afford emergency rooms, and even if they could, they wanted to avoid mandatory reporters for fear that such an interaction could jeopardize their family,” Brooks Fleming said in her testimony. “It is horrifying to realize that someone had preyed on these children, knowing their silence was guaranteed.”
In a statement emailed to The Post on Friday night, the Denver Public Schools Board of Education stated, “The Board was made aware of testimony at the Colorado Capitol this week and was later informed that the accusations were against Director Tay Anderson. The Denver police are also aware of these accusations.”
The Denver Police Department’s investigators have spoken with Brooks Fleming about her comments, but they have not heard from any victims, Jay Casillas, a department spokesman, said in an email to The Post.
“If someone is a victim, we encourage them to contact Denver Police,” Casillas wrote.
Anderson, who has been under investigation by the school district for a single sexual assault allegation since early April, referred questions to his attorney, Christopher Decker. Decker denied the allegations on behalf of his client.
In a statement to The Denver Post, Decker wrote, “Nothing is worse or more unacceptable than the harm caused by sexual assault upon our children, or the related harm caused by not believing those who have been victimized in this way. This is also why false assertions of these horrible crimes act to cheapen and diminish its importance. It is because of these two truths that responsible people and organizations must carefully investigate such inflammatory claims completely, and with an open and fair process.”
Mary-Katherine Brooks Fleming’s posted her testimony on Twitter:
Rapist in Denver Public Schools, Testimony on SB21-088 https://t.co/eSI5pr1qsv
— Coach MK/Your Protest Mom (@CoachMKFleming) May 26, 2021
The Denver Post story continues:
Brooks Fleming, who is active in Denver’s social justice community and who has volunteered at Blue Bench, a nonprofit organization that aids sexual assault victims, previously had declined to name the person she was accusing to The Post.
Anderson has been under scrutiny for an alleged sexual assault since March 26 when Black Lives Matter 5280 published a public statement saying a woman came to the group in February to report that Anderson had sexually assaulted her. The statement said the woman wanted Anderson to issue a public apology and to seek help from a licensed professional.
In a news conference two days later with Decker at his side, Anderson denied the allegation, saying he was not aware of any situation that could be construed as sexual assault. He also welcomed any investigation into the accusation.
The Denver Public Schools board hired the Investigation Law Group, an outside firm, to investigate the situation. On May 18, the school board said the firm was conducting final interviews and was expected to produce its report within the next 30 days. However, Brooks Fleming’s testimony came after that announcement was made and on Friday the district said the investigation remains open.
Black Lives Matter 5280 released this statement regarding Anderson’s alleged abuse within their organization:
Anderson is attempting to play the victim, saying a web hacker has orchestrated all of this, as KDVR FOX 31 reports:
Anderson’s attorney, Chris Decker — who’s also a FOX31 legal analyst — said in a statement that no one has come forward with any more information about the allegations, including some brought forth in March, and that police have not contacted him, either.
Decker also said “a known racist criminal web hacker … claims (to me and others) to have orchestrated these false allegations against Director Anderson” — information he said has been reported to police.
“On behalf of Director Anderson, I ask only for a responsible and thorough investigation of these concerning matters and assure the public that if that is done, he will be cleared of any and all wrongdoing,” Decker said. “The only thing worse than sexual assault on children, or the denial or coverup of the same, is weaponizing false claims of sexual assault and irresponsibly publishing or concluding it has happened when it has not.”
Anderson released this generic statement via his Twitter page, but doesn’t address any of the accusations:

Anderson was apparently injured by police when protesting against a homeless camp clean up. He vowed that the “City of Denver, you fucked with the wrong person” while wearing his official school board name badge.
Oh but it gets better for Mr. Anderson! Back in 2018 he was found guilty of retaliation after someone came forward with another set of accusations of abuse. Westword reports:
But Anderson, 22, acknowledges that a May 2018 Denver Public Schools investigation found that he had engaged in retaliation while advocating on behalf of former Manual High School Principal Nick Dawkins, whom the district had investigated following employee complaints of harassment and bias. A Dawkins accuser tells Westword that retaliation took the form of social media posts aimed at her that began appearing the previous month. She viewed it as harassment of a person who’d made claims of harassment.
“In early 2018, I worked at Manual High School as a paraprofessional,” Anderson says in a statement provided to Westword. “During that time period, I posted my concerns about another Black leader leaving Denver Public Schools on several social media channels. I was informed that my social media activity could interfere with the investigation regarding that leader. When I continued to speak out on social media, it was determined that my actions were retaliatory.”
Anderson was a prominent figure during the George Floyd protests last year.
Among his many other stunts are when he vowed to stay seated during the Pledge Of Allegiance at school board meetings.
Anderson held this press conference the other day:
All suspects are, of course, innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

As reported earlier by Joe Hoft an alarm went off at the facility in Fulton County, Georgia, where election ballots are held. The building houses election ballots for the county from the 2020 election.
On Memorial Day Monday President Trump called on Republicans and Patriots to help secure the warehouse where the ballots are stored.
“BREAKING: Alarm Went Off at Secure Building in Fulton County Georgia Where Ballots Are Kept – Building Found Wide Open”
Great work is being done in Georgia revealing the Election Fraud of the 2020 Presidential Election. But, we must not allow ANYONE to compromise these ballots by leaving the building unsecured, which was done late Friday. Republicans and Patriots must protect this site and the Absentee Ballots. The Left talks about election security but they do not practice what they preach because they are afraid of what might be found. Fulton County Leadership—do the right thing and protect these ballots. Our Country is at stake!

America’s 40th president, Ronald Reagan, spoke at the Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day in 1986. The speech reminds all us Americans to be thankful for the valor of others and how Memorial Day will always be a time to remember the “splendor or America” and never forget those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
President Ronald Reagan stated at a 1986 ceremony that Memorial Day is a day set aside to honor fallen heroes and to pray that no heroes would ever have to die for us again.
Former President Reagan’s remarks delivered at Arlington National Cemetery:
“It’s a day of thanks for the valor of others, a day to remember the splendor of America and those of her children who rest in this cemetery and others. It’s a day to be with the family and remember.”
“Arlington, this place of so many memories, is a fitting place for some remembering. So many wonderful men and women rest here, men and women who led colorful, vivid and passionate lives. There are the greats of the military: Bull Halsey and the Admirals Leahy, father and son; Black Jack Pershing; and the GI’s general, Omar Bradley. Great men all, military men. But there are others here known for other things.”
“Here in Arlington rests a sharecropper’s son who became a hero to a lonely people. Joe Louis came from nowhere, but he knew how to fight. And he galvanized a nation in the days after Pearl Harbor when he put on the uniform of his country and said, “I know we’ll win because we’re on God’s side.” Audie Murphy is here, Audie Murphy of the wild, wild courage. For what else would you call it when a man bounds to the top of a disabled tank, stops an enemy advance, saves lives and rallies his men, and all of it single-handedly. When he radioed for artillery support and was asked how close the enemy was to his position, he said, “Wait a minute and I’ll let you speak to them.”
“Michael Smith is here, and Dick Scobee, both of the space shuttle Challenger. Their courage wasn’t wild, but thoughtful, the mature and measured courage of career professionals who took prudent risks for great reward — in their case, to advance the sum total of knowledge in the world. They’re only the latest to rest here; they join other great explorers with names like Grissom and Chaffee.”
“Oliver Wendell Holmes is here, the great jurist and fighter for the right. A poet searching for an image of true majesty could not rest until he seized on “Holmes dissenting in a sordid age.” Young Holmes served in the Civil War. He might have been thinking of the crosses and stars of Arlington when he wrote: ‘At the grave of a hero we end, not with sorrow at the inevitable loss, but with the contagion of his courage; and with a kind of desperate joy we go back to the fight.”
“All of these men were different, but they shared this in common: They loved America very much. There was nothing they wouldn’t do for her. And they loved with the sureness of the young. It’s hard not to think of the young in a place like this, for it’s the young who do the fighting and dying when a peace fails and a war begins. Not far from here is the statue of the three servicemen — the three fighting boys of Vietnam. It, too, has majesty and more. Perhaps you’ve seen it — three rough boys walking together, looking ahead with a steady gaze. There’s something wounded about them, a kind of resigned toughness. But there’s an unexpected tenderness, too. At first you don’t really notice, but then you see it. The three are touching each other, as if they’re supporting each other, helping each other on.”
“I know that many veterans of Vietnam will gather today, some of them perhaps by the wall. And they’re still helping each other on. They were quite a group, the boys of Vietnam — boys who fought a terrible and vicious war without enough support from home, boys who were dodging bullets while we debated the efficacy of the battle. It was often our poor who fought in that war; it was the unpampered boys of the working class who picked up the rifles and went on the march. They learned not to rely on us; they learned to rely on each other. And they were special in another way: They chose to be faithful. They chose to reject the fashionable skepticism of their time. They chose to believe and answer the call of duty. They had the wild, wild courage of youth. They seized certainty from the heart of an ambivalent age; they stood for something.”
“And we owe them something, those boys. We owe them first a promise: That just as they did not forget their missing comrades, neither, ever, will we. And there are other promises. We must always remember that peace is a fragile thing that needs constant vigilance. We owe them a promise to look at the world with a steady gaze and, perhaps, a resigned toughness, knowing that we have adversaries in the world and challenges and the only way to meet them and maintain the peace is by staying strong.”
“That, of course, is the lesson of this century, a lesson learned in the Sudetenland, in Poland, in Hungary, in Czechoslovakia, in Cambodia. If we really care about peace, we must stay strong. If we really care about peace, we must, through our strength, demonstrate our unwillingness to accept an ending of the peace. We must be strong enough to create peace where it does not exist and strong enough to protect it where it does. That’s the lesson of this century and, I think, of this day. And that’s all I wanted to say. The rest of my contribution is to leave this great place to its peace, a peace it has earned.”
“Thank all of you, and God bless you, and have a day full of memories.”

TGP’s Jordan Conradson spoke to an Arizona patriot, Micajah Jackson, who is being unconstitutionally persecuted by the FBI for his involvement in the Jan 6 protest. Jackson is facing charges for “Violent Entry” and “Disorderly Conduct” on Capitol Grounds but he claims he is innocent.
Micajah Jackson was let inside by police officers along with hundreds of others and he is facing criminal charges. This is a travesty!
Conradson: Can you tell us about your arrest?
Jackson: On March 24th, the FBI came to my house. Fast forward about a month and a half they asked more about the Proud Boy stuff which I am not a Proud Boy. I do my own documentary stuff for my JFK report. So, on May 18th I went to the FBI building over in downtown Phoenix, turned myself in, got arrested, got booked, stayed 30 hours, I had court the next day, and I was released. Now I’m just following pre-trial services, and my next court date is set for July 23rd, and I will be pleading not guilty.
Conradson: So, when you were at The Capitol, you went inside. did the police let you guys in?
Jackson: Yes. I didn’t see the cops let people inside at The Capitol but when I was in the group walking of thousands of people, I went towards where they had the inauguration, there were cops waving people in and they moved the gate. Then when I got to The Capitol the doors were open and there are people standing in line and when I get inside there are cops high fiving people, they’re shaking hands, they’re taking selfies holding people, they’re talking to people like normal they’re going around talking to people. There were even three percenters protecting cops from the extreme people trying to fight the cops.
Conradson: So you’re saying that cops were just giving high fives, they were partying with protesters, they were letting them in?
Jackson: Yes.
Conradson: What else did you see inside? did you see agitators, what were they wearing?
Jackson: I saw John Sullivan, the radical calling for Marxist revolutions in Utah last summer. He was wearing black military pants, black boots he had them bloused like in the military. Then there were agitators inside wearing all black you know I’ve never seen all trump supporters just wear all black I’ve never seen anything like that unless you know what other out forms are like Antifa is out there and whatnot and BLM activists. Trump supporters don’t dress up like that.
Conradson: So these people committing the violence, were they Trump supporters or were they agitators?
Jackson: agitators right agitator for sure, yes.
Conradson: Then what happened you were in there for how long?
Jackson: No more than 25 minutes I walked in documenting recording everything interviewing everything. I was legitimately analyzing everything that was going on around me ’cause I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s a Day in History that we’re never going to forget.
Conradson: So, you were there doing nothing but documenting, you did not do anything violent?
Jackson: No I did not vandalize property. I didn’t go into a chamber. I didn’t assault any cops I didn’t assault any other protesters. I was just there documenting and when I saw a gentleman punched a hole through a chamber glass that’s when everything froze for me and I prayed to God because I’m like OK I want to get out of here this isn’t right. Even when the violence was going on you had cops taking selfies while other cops were doing other stuff it was just a mess inside.
Conradson: So, what are they charging you with?
Jackson: I got four misdemeanor charges two counts of each misdemeanor trespassing and violently disorderly entering a capitol building without authorization and there was photos of me, videos of me, I did nothing violent. I didn’t do anything disorderly. I was there reporting and document everything and I was being a peaceful citizen.
Conradson: What kind of consequences are facing as a result of these charges?
Jackson: I could get kicked out of college this could go on my record because of this whole political persecution and with it you know when you do a job interview they’re going to say “why do you get these misdemeanors for?” “oh I was here January 6th” “we don’t want you here”. I’m already dealing with marches professors at my college and they’ve already been calling us an insurrection, calling trump supporters Nazis in my classroom. It’s pretty awful but I’m just trying to get through what I gotta do is be a good citizen do what I gotta do.
Conradson: I understand that you are a marine veteran?
Jackson: Yes I’m 100% disabled with PTSD and major depressive disorder. I was sexually assaulted and I was physically assaulted on multiple occasions during my time in service. That’s how I got my disability and that’s getting taken care of with the VA. I’m in school, I go to a very strict Lutheran Church I’m a loving person I love my family I go help friends out. I wanna help the community out, I go to rallies to document and just meet up with people The media really doxed my character and who I am and my family have been receiving threats ever since the media doxed me.
Jackson is a Marine Veteran and this is the thanks he receives from the FBI, the media, and elected officials. He is just one of more than 440 people that have been arrested in connection to Jan. 6. Those involved are being targeted and persecuted for doing absolutely NOTHING but attend a protest against an obviously fraudulent election.
As we previously reported, protesters walked into the capitol led by the police and they cooperated with each other. Jackson’s account of the events confirms this to be true. If this were in fact a violent insurgence, what are police officers doing, giving high fives and hugs to the “insurgents”?
New Video Shows U.S. Capitol Police Gave Protesters OK to Enter on Jan. 6 (thegatewaypundit.com)
Peaceful protesters outside were greeted with tear gas, rubber bullets, and flash grenades.
Jackson has set up a GoFundMe to help him with his legal battle. You may contribute to help him at the link below.

Another day, another hate hoax.
A construction company building a parking structure at Central Connecticut State University raised up a US flag at the end of a steel cable on a crane for the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
The construction company wanted to honor military personnel by displaying an American flag for Memorial Day, but a complaint that the cable was a noose sent campus officials scrambling to take down the flag.
Even after it was determined that the ‘noose’ was just a cable on the crane, campus officials still profusely apologized.
A local NAACP chapter was also offended and said no matter what anyone says, the cable hanging from the crane is still a noose.
Ronald Davis, president of the New Britain NAACP, told FOX 61 that “Regardless of what someone else says about that, what I see, as a black man? That’s a noose. Period. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Take it down.”
The College Fix reported:
“Early this evening, we received a complaint about a possible noose found hanging from a construction site on the CCSU campus. Campus Police … investigated and found that it was not a noose but a standard steel cable loop hanging from a crane,” wrote President Zulma Toro in an email to the campus community on Saturday night.
“A construction crew working on campus hung an American flag from the crane’s cable to recognize Memorial Day,” added Toro in her email, a copy of which was obtained by The College Fix.
Toro continued that steel cable loops are often used by cranes, but that there was another similar concern recently reported regarding another nearby construction site. In the end, Toro sided with those offended by the steel cable loop’s visual similarity to a noose.
“Quite frankly, I think it is reckless and tone deaf behavior,” Toro said in her email to the campus. “We have been in contact with the construction company and demanded that the cable be lowered tonight. We have a team on site tonight monitoring the situation.”
But as of Sunday morning the cable loop and its American flag remained up, and a beleaguered-looking campus administrator, interim Vice President for Student Affairs John Tully, explained to a local news television station that it was difficult to find someone who could safely operate the crane at such short notice on a holiday weekend to get the cable loop down.
“The perception of its noose-like appearance is concerning. We were speaking to people last night who certainly felt some pain, we feel that pain, our president has issued a statement expressing her concern about this and we are working diligently to get it down,” Tully told Fox 61.
This college campus should get the Bubba Wallace treatment.
Perhaps the FBI should send in the cavalry to inspect the crane’s cable noose.

According to the Financial Post:
The United States imported a rare cargo of 1.033 million barrels of Iranian crude in March despite sanctions on Iran’s energy sector, data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration showed.
The cargo is only the second oil import by the United States from Iran since late 1991, data on EIA’s website showed.
President Trump imposed sanctions against Iran due to the Iranian regime’s numerous atrocities and terrorist actions. In October of 2020 the President added more:
The Trump administration on Thursday announced sweeping new sanctions on Iran’s financial sector, targeting at least 18 banks in a move that critics say will hamper humanitarian assistance during the pandemic.
The fresh round of sanctions is part of the administration’s “maximum pressure campaign” that aims to push the Islamic republic toward negotiations over its nuclear program and prevent the country from financing military actions throughout the Middle East.
Of course when the President stood with the people of Iran, the US and world media sided with the terrorist leaders of Iran. The media even made up alibies for the terrorist regime’s disgusting actions.

Re: Pennsylvania “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART XII] – Bullet-Points
I was requested to succinctly summarize salient features of the prior memos because “It would be most helpful if you could turn it into a one-page succinct explanation w bullet points of evidence and bullet points of suggestions that I can send to leaders.”
The LATTER is easily stated, for SB 528 must be passed on June 7th by the Senate State Government Committee, then by the entire Senate, then by the entire House, then implemented forthwith. The Auditor General [1]—has unfinished 2020 electoral business (see the petition); [2]—Reported that 70% of votes couldn’t be validated (see the testimony); and [3]— has the legal authority to complete this process (see legal citations). Evasion by lamely seeking “bipartisan” legislation is to be CONDEMNED, for Dems have already trashed all GOP ideas. Thus, ANY deviation from this retroactive plan for a Forensic Audit must NOT be followed (even as the PA Speaker of the House just called for a Bureau of Election Audits).
The FORMER is analyzed via myriad formats in Memos I-X and synthesized in Memo XI by invoking the 10-point Navarro Decalogue (my neologism) outline of statewide/national aberrations/fraud (see Pamela Geller’s compilation, citing Election Integrity: The Foundation of Our Freedoms):
10,000 {a} Absentee ballots cast that arrived after Election Day
14,328 {b} Absentee ballots cast from addresses other than where voters legally reside
58,221 {c} Absentee ballots cast that were returned on or before the postmark date
9,005 {d} Absentee ballots cast without a postmark (violating state law)
8,021 {e} Dead voters
742 {f} Double voters: in-state
7,426 {g} Out-of-state voters who voted in-state
202,377 {h} Over-votes (per State Representative Frank Ryan, et al.)
680,774 {i} Poll watcher & poll observer abuse (defying SCOTUS orders)*
1,573 {j} Voters age 100+ (suspect, per state records and obituaries)
Demonstrated herein are the following unassailable/unambiguous conclusions:
{a} Absentee ballots were received up to three days after Election Day.
{b} The SURE System was unable to track address changes reliably.
{c} “Confusion” led to aberrations that may have been exacerbated by the U.S.P.S.
{d} The unwitnessed 3 a.m. tabulation spike could have been from ballot-stuffing.
{e} J. Christian Adams sued the Commonwealth to expunge (some) deceased voters.
{f} Voters who received multiple ballots may have returned them.
{g] The Address-Change and EPIC Systems were not consistently employed.
{h} Over-votes occurred, c/o a State Rep. harboring extensive experience.
{i} Observers were denied meaningful oversight in fraudulent-Philadelphia.
{j} The absence of purged voter rolls allows for voting by centarians.
Our just-published op-ed in Arutz Sheva UNIQUELY detailed why/how the SCOTUS should accept Certiorari, and our view was legally validated overnight by Sidney Powell [“It Should Be that He Is Simply Reinstated, That a New Inauguration Day Is Set”]. On Tuesday @ 11 a.m., I am scheduled to deliver a presentation nationally of this aggregated information—distilled for the host @ the Thomas More “Election Integrity” Foundation in PART X—distributed ahead-of-time so that the super-educated/critical/well-networked participants to vet both their content and their import.
If you only have time to read two memos, start with the op-ed (IX) and the distilled database (X); after Arizona/Georgia flip, Pennsylvania is needed to block Biden-Harris from traversing the 270 Electoral College threshold. I’ve UNIQUELY compiled what Stephen K. Bannon would term the “receipts,” namely a painstakingly precise set of quotes from sworn testimony c/o the perps (easily corroborated by tracing the Bates #’s). That RINO leadership has elided over this DUTY may stem from GOPe roots, but any apologia regarding support in 2019 for Act 77 must be assuaged.
My exploration of these motives is summarized (XI) but, regardless of how enablers were tricked, passage of SB 528 is vital, for it will take time to rev-up an Arizona-style Forensic Audit (although that experience is being plowed into Georgia and both can facilitate Pennsylvania); whatever has occurred in Luzerne County could be encompassed. That’s why, when reviewing these memos, adopting a “choose-your-poison” posture is advised for, in my view, the legislators were far too polite when poking at electoral-traitors; this enhances the ability to crosswalk between each of the Navarro Decalogue fraud-categories and my database. On a macro scale, this constitutes the lynchpin between what the State Legislatures are Constitutionally REQUIRED to do (after then decertifying fraudulent outcomes) and the capacity of Justices to mete out “justice” to Americans. We can’t await what may occur in Wisconsin/Michigan, for the “Commonweal” must be sated.
That’s why a groundswell of support for SB 628 must be mustered ASAP, and this is why efforts to gain national attention to these unique memos have been unrelenting; obviously, readers are invited to suggest how to jump-start a PA Audit (even if just in Philly). The Senate hearings won’t be transcribed and its audio is faint, but confessions by two Philadelphia City Commissioners, Chairwoman Deeley [D} and Vice Chairman Schmidt [“R”] confirm that observers were “set up” (no pun intended) to be distant from the tabulators because of “health and safety” considerations [@ minute-42] and that everything done was consistent with precedent and law [@ minute-44]; that Deeley’s admitted deviation rationale proved the procedure was inconsistent with precedent created a contradiction apparently lost on listeners, but prove absence of “meaningful oversight.”
Starting immediately after the election, we projected Trump’s campaign would follow a Study Guide and how it had been Handicapped, triggering him to orient litigation toward the Supreme Court (in essays published in Israel); merely accepting Pennsylvania cases would be seismic because Originalists would find a vehicle to honor myriad voting irregularities.
It’s hardly hyperbole to claim Dems are destroying the USA as quickly as possible by applying Alinsky methods to the implementation of Cloward-Piven; furthermore, the international tentacles of their brand of globalism/racism/intersectionality/open-borders/climate-change inevitably impacts everyone from Eretz Yisrael to Formosa, from Ukraine to Rome, from Iran to Moscow. It’s anticlimactic to read revelations of China & Fauci, recalling that I’d PEGGED him a year ago. Thus, our only hope is the SCOTUS and, as per our prior op-eds in Arutz Sheva, it is hoped that the Trump-triad will join Thomas/Alito, after having “read the newspapers” just like everyone. {There is no apology when composing a memo replete with emphasis for this is an emergency.}

Joe Biden on Saturday delivered remarks at an annual Memorial Day Service in Delaware.
Biden slurred his way through a 9 minute speech.
“I had a long conversation for two hours recently with President Xi, making it clear to him we could do nothing but speak out for human rights around the world because that’s who we are,” Biden said. “I’ll be meeting with President Putin in a couple weeks in Geneva making it clear that we will not stand by and let him abuse those rights.”
7,300 people tuned in to the White House’s YouTube channel to watch Biden speak.
There was 1,500 “down votes” and 199 “up votes.”
But Joe Biden totally got 81 million votes.

Last week Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer lashed out at Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (aka MTG) after her speech in front of an excited Arizona audience in Mesa, Arizona with fellow Representatives Matt Gaetz, Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs.
The Washington, DC Swamp outrage machine spewed out their usual bile following MTG’s speech where she accused Democrats of acting like Nazis.
MTG stated the following:
“You know, we can look back in a time in history where people were told to wear a gold star,” Greene said as Brody, a right-wing commentator, nodded in sage agreement. “And they were definitely treated like second-class citizens — so much so that they were put in trains and taken to gas chambers in Nazi Germany, and this is exactly the type of abuse that Nancy Pelosi is talking about.”
Well, the very same Democrat crowd that promotes the murder of unborn babies, especially black babies, in the name of funding Planned Parenthood, sprang out of the gate to shriek their outrage at the audacity of MTG to observe that the King was parading about stark ass naked.
MTG was labeled an anti-Semite. Irony alert. The same douchebags who embrace Hamas–a group that calls for the elimination of Israel–and call for a tougher stance against Israel now have their lace panties in a bunch because this freedom-loving woman has the cojones to call out their hypocrisy over wearing useless face coverings.
But that’s not the real news. Just do a “duck duck go” search using the terms “Nancy Pelosi and Marjorie Taylor Greene and Holocaust”. Here is what you will get:
House GOP leaders condemn Marjorie Taylor Greene for …
Top 3 House Republicans criticize Taylor Greene for …
House GOP leaders rebuke Greene’s Holocaust rhetoric as …
McCarthy condemns Marjorie Taylor Greene for comparing …
Not a thing about Pelosi. It is all about the faux outrage being expressed by the usual yammering morons inhabiting the Republican swamp. Kevin McCarthy whined:
Marjorie is wrong, and her intentional decision to compare the horrors of the Holocaust with wearing masks is appalling. Let me be clear: the House Republican Conference condemns this language.
This from the guy who is shacking up with Frank Luntz. The comments from Mitch McConnel were just as despicable.
So let us take this incident apart piece by piece.
First, the masks. All masks are not equal. None of the masks, including the highly touted N95, can prevent the Covid-19 virus from entering your respiratory system. Just slapping a piece of cotton across your pie-hole may make you feel “secure” but you are bullshitting yourself. If wearing a face mask actually did prevent the spread of the disease I would be the first to encourage it. But it does not, so the wearing of the mask is more of a religious talisman.
Second, if you are vaccinated you do not need to wear a mask. If you have had Covid, you have the same kind of anti-bodies generated by a vaccine. Therefore, you do not need to wear a mask. If an un-vaccinated person is scurrying about without a mask they are not putting you at risk. So why do you care? If you are vaccinated or have anti-bodies they are no risk to you.
Forcing people to wear masks that have nothing to do with actual medical science is a political act for the express purpose of identifying people who are not vaccinated. Which brings me to the “gold star.”
How did Hitler and the rest of his Nazi thugs know who the Jews were? Ugly Nazi propaganda notwithstanding, which depicted Jews as serpents and vermin (the image below appeared on the cover of Der Strummer in 1934).
You cannot identify who is a Jew by mere observation. Jews come in all shapes, colors and sizes. That is why Hitler and his henchmen needed an identifying badge. Hence the Star of David (now for some actual history courtesy of the US Holocaust Museum):
During the Nazi era, German authorities reintroduced the Jewish badge as a key element in their plan to persecute and eventually to destroy the Jewish population of Europe. They used the badge not only to stigmatize and humiliate Jews but also to segregate them and to watch and control their movements. The badge also facilitated deportation. . . .
In September 1939, following the German invasion of Poland, individual German military and civilian authorities imposed the Jewish badge in certain Polish towns and villages, the first being decreed in the town of Wloclawek on October 29, 1939. In the General Government, View This Term in the Glossary that part of Poland directly occupied by Germany, Governor General Hans Frank ordered on November 23, 1939, that all Jews over the age of ten wear a “Jewish Star”: a white armband affixed with a blue six-sided star, worn over the right upper sleeve of one’s outer garments. There were heavy penalties for those caught not wearing it.
The Democrat push for people to wear masks is to facilitate identification. It has no scientific or medical basis in fact in protecting people from spreading this virus. But it can be useful as a tool of political coercion.
No law has been passed. The injunctions on wearing masks are decrees by political figures. I have stopped counting the number of times that I have seen many of those political figures who demand the peasants wear masks, running around maskless. Gavin Newsom and Gretchen Whitmer are two of the more prominent mask hypocrites that come to mind. They will lock you down and lock you up while they go party. That is Nazi behavior in my book.
The Nazis enslaved and abused millions of people based on the whims of their leader. MTG is simply calling out the Democrats for compelling average citizens to behave in a particular way based on the whims of political masters.
And this goes beyond the issue of coercing mask-wearing. Yes, people have been arrested and jailed for not wearing a mask. It ain’t law but it gets you put in the slammer. But this abuse of police powers goes beyond the masks. Americans right now are being held in solitary confinement for entering the U.S. Capitol–i.e., the alleged crime of trespassing. No habeus corpus and no chorus of protest from Republican leaders decrying this violation of Constitutional rights.
God bless MTG. Rather than address her comments substantively, the mob of brownshirts masquerading as the Democrat establishment rely instead on character assassination and bullying. That is exactly how former thugs reacted when challenged. Nancy Pelosi and Chuckie Schumer remind me of Roland Freisler, an infamous Nazi judge known for his histrionics.
The post Here’s What Marjorie Taylor Greene Said That Is Making Headlines – What do You Think? appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.
On March 19, MI State Police arrested a Polish immigrant who escaped communism and moved to the United States to find freedom. Marlena Pavlos-Hackney, the owner of Marlena’s Bistro and Pizzeria in Holland, MI, was arrested in front of her residence and taken to the Ingham County Jail for refusing to shut down her restaurant.
100 Percent Fed Up – In a stunning interview on the 100 Percent Fed Up – Gateway Pundit podcast, Marlena tells 100 Percent Fed Up co-founder Patty McMurray and Michigan Republican activist Matt Seely her harrowing story that sounds like a chapter out of a book written about Communist Russia.
In a state-managed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, a tyrannical Democrat whose Attorney General Dana Nessel is a far-left activist, Pavlos-Hackney didn’t stand a chance.
MI Attorney General Dana Nessel released the following statement, condemning the Holland restaurant owner: “This owner has continued to willfully violate the state’s food laws, public health orders and the order of the court – a dangerous act that may have exposed dozens of diners and employees to the virus following the discovery that one of Marlena’s customers tested positive for the virus within two days of eating there.”
Last week, a photo was released of MI Gov. Gretchen Whitmer defying her own rules related to wearing a mask and social distancing in restaurants and bars.
After she was caught, Whitmer released a statement of apology. But what about the thousands of people who no longer have jobs or businesses in her state because of her unconstitutional lockdowns? What about restaurant owners like Marlena Pavlos-Hackney, who were forced to spend time in jail and/or were fined for not complying with the same orders she doesn’t even follow herself? Shouldn’t they get a refund if the governor can’t even follow her own guidelines?
Michigan Republican Party Vice-Chair Meshawn Maddock responded to Whitmer’s half-assed apology on Twitter by reminding everyone of how many Michiganders have suffered tremendously under the dictatorial mandate put forth by Governor Whitmer and enforced by her activist Attorney General Dana Nessel:
-Hairstylists were targeted by Nessel as they gave haircuts on the lawn of the Capitol one year ago, can they apologize and get their thousands of dollars in legal fees back?
-Marlena also apologized for not following Whitmer’s restrictions; her bail was $15k. Her business is shut down.

It didn’t take long for Democrat Gov. Whitmer and MI AG Dana Nessel to turn Marlena’s dream of becoming a free American citizen into a real-life nightmare.
Watch the brave Polish immigrant Marlena Pavlos-Hackney tell her incredible story here:
Contributions to Marlena’s ongoing legal defense can be made at her GoFundMe by clicking HERE.
Far-left activist Dana Nessel has been an abject failure as Michigan’s attorney general. She’s sicked law enforcement on innocent business owners like Karl Manke, the Michigan barber who refused to shut down his business to innocent restaurant owners fighting to keep their businesses afloat—Nessel has threatened and aggressively pursued brave Americans like Marlena for daring to defy her radical friend, Governor Whitmer’s Wuhan virus lockdown orders.
During her court appearance, the judge snapped at Marlena, telling her she needed to shut up and shut down her restaurant and pay the assessed fines if she wants to be released from jail. Richard Martin, who works for a Texas-based law group, was in Michigan to help Marlena navigate through the legal process. He explained to the judge that he was simply helping her since she has some difficulty with the English language. The nasty judge presiding over Marlena’s case told Mr. Martin that she was also charging him with contempt of court because he is not a licensed lawyer in the state of Michigan.
Marlena’s case has drawn hundreds of supporters from across the state to her pizzeria as a way to show their support to the Polish immigrant who refuses to shut up, sit down, and follow unconstitutional orders put forth by far-left radicals with a political agenda.
Watch this woman who makes regular visits to Marlena’s pizzeria to show her support for the brave patriot, who isn’t afraid to stand up for her rights:
Americans need to support and defend people like Marlena who bravely stand up to tyranny and are even willing to go to jail to shine a light on the injustices that being allowed to happen right under our noses.
