Elon Musk’s lawyers have reportedly subpoenaed former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s records.
The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday.
Subpoena is first sign the social-media firm’s co-founder will be an official part of the legal fight over Tesla CEO’s $44 billion takeover deal
Mr. Musk is seeking documents from Mr. Dorsey relating to the effect of false or spam accounts on the social-media platform’s business. The Tesla Inc. CEO is also seeking information about Twitter’s use of monetizable daily active users, or MDAUs, as an important metric and any other metrics the company might use to describe user or advertiser engagement.
In addition, Musk tweeted yesterday and shared a piece of an article from the far-left Washington Post that says that the Board of Twitter had separate reports on bots that they apparently withheld in their SEC filings. This is the falsification of records if the results are different than what is recorded in the financial supplements to the SEC.
So spam prevalence *was* shared with the board, but the board chose not disclose that to the public … pic.twitter.com/lXk48TFZL1

Twitter is in serious trouble, as reported previously if it reported false information to the SEC.
After censoring conservatives and others for years, who in their right mind would believe Twitter on anything.
