House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) joined Rob Schmitt on Newsmax TV on Thursday night.
Comer discussed the latest criminal conduct by the Biden Crime Family. On entering office, Joe Biden immediately ended the China Initiative that prevented China from stealing research from US universities.
James Comer: The thing that stands out in my mind is one of the first acts Joe Biden made as President of the United States is he canceled a thing called the China Initiative. And what that was, was the FBI had had this investigation ongoing since the Obama administration at the request of university presidents all over America, who were complaining that these Chinese students who were coming to the United States legally, who were paying full tuition but they were stealing our intellectual property, stealing our research and development and sending it back to China… The only person that benefited from that, the only country, would be the Chinese Communist Party, because this is their way of not having to invest in research and development…
…So one of the things and you’re going to hear someone in a deposition talk about this very soon that the bidens agreed to accept money from China for was to help them invest in the United States. Invest in? The energy industry. Invest in manufacturing farmland. Invest in anything that they could get their hands on because they had so much money and there were so many barriers to entry. So Joe Biden, when he was in the private sector, along with his son, and this is the CEFC, which was the big guy, this was the 10% for the big guy. Their company was all about helping China take over the United States in as many investment deals as possible because the United States had barriers to entry. These are the things the Bidens were doing in exchange for the money they were taking from the Chinese Communist Party…
…Fortunately for the American people with respect to Tony Bobulinsky, very soon Tony Babalinski is going to have an opportunity to tell the American people just exactly what the Bidens did with China. And I think this is going to be alarming to every American and this is a national security risk. And this is why we fear this president is compromised because of the millions and millions of dollars they’ve taken from the Chinese Communist Party.
Federal records obtained by the House Oversight Committee reveal one of Dr. Fauci’s top advisers said he used his personal email account in order to avoid any Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and even went as far to imply he has deleted emails during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The House Oversight Committee released possibly incriminating emails from Dr. David Morens who has served as an adviser at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for the last 25 years.
In one of his emails that was uncovered by Republican Rep. Brad Wenstrup of Ohio, Dr. Morens wrote to his colleagues, “As you know, I try to always communicate on Gmail because my NIH email is FOIA’d constantly.”
In the conclusion of his email, Morens wrote, “I will delete anything I don’t want to see in the New York Times.”
LOOK:
Dr. Morens intentionally used his personal email to avoid FOIA and evade transparency to the American people:
“I try to always communicate on gmail because my NIH email is FOIA’d constantly.”
Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) is investigating a potential violation of federal record keeping laws at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) by Senior Scientific Advisor Dr. David Morens. Emails acquired by the Select Subcommittee reveal concerning, potentially illegal actions taken by Dr. Morens to evade accountability to the American people — including the use of his personal email to avoid the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), deleting federal records, and disparaging fellow scientists in his official capacity. Further, in order to conceal his involvement, it appears that Dr. Anthony Fauci asked Dr. Morens to publicly suppress the lab leak theory because “Tony doesn’t want his fingerprints on origin stories.”
Chairman Wenstrup is requesting all documents and communications from Dr. Morens’ personal email and cellphone related to eight, unique COVID origins publications as well as any additional correspondence between Dr. Morens and key actors involved in the COVID origins investigation and narrative. The Select Subcommittee also requests Dr. Morens for a transcribed interview.
“In one e-mail you write that you ‘always try to communicate over gmail because my NIH email is FOIA’d constantly.’ You continue, ‘[d]on’t worry, just send to any of my addresses and I will delete anything I don’t want to see in the New York Times,’” writes Chairman Wenstrup. “On one occasion, in response to a report in The Intercept entitled, ‘New Details emerge About Coronavirus Research at Chinese Lab,’ you use your official platform to encourage EcoHealth Alliance, Inc. President Dr. Peter Daszak to ‘not rule out suing these assholes for slander.’ While this e-mail was also sent from your personal e-mail, your email signature includes ‘OD [Office of the Director], NIAID [National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases], NIH [National Institutes of Health].’”
In a separate email written to a Bloomberg reporter, Dr. Morens wrote that the White House and the HHS are very “touchy” when it comes to talking to the press and did not approve him to talk about the Covid origins on the record.
The once-tranquil cities and towns of France now resonate with the alarming sounds of chaos and a scene similar to a war zone.
France has been thrown into chaos following the deadly shooting of a 17-year-old boy, identified as Nahel – a French citizen of North African descent, specifically Moroccan and Algerian- by a police officer during a traffic stop.
According to France 24, Nahel was in the Mercedes AMG with two others and was stopped by two police officers for breaking traffic rules.
Police initially reported that one officer shot at the teenager because he was driving his car at him, but this version of events was contradicted by a video circulating on social media and authenticated by AFP.
The footage shows the two policemen standing by the side of the stationary car, with one pointing a weapon at the driver. A voice is heard saying: “You are going to get a bullet in the head.”
The police officer appears to fire at the driver at point-blank range as the car abruptly drives off, advancing a few dozen metres before crashing.
One passenger was detained and released after an investigation, and another is missing after allegedly fleeing the scene, according to the prosecutor.

The Nanterre prosecutor’s office said that Nahel died “following at least one gunshot wound” despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel.
The 38-year-old police officer, whose identity has been withheld, was promptly taken into custody for questioning by prosecutors.
To shed light on the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident, the Nanterre prosecutor’s office has ordered a comprehensive investigation. This includes an autopsy of the victim, a toxicology report, and additional examinations.
Tens of thousands took to the streets, their anger and grief manifested in a wave of violent protests. Images of burning vehicles, shattered storefronts, looting, and clashes with the police have dominated the news.

A total of 667 people were already arrested across France.
In an emergency address to the nation, French President Emmanuel Macron held a crisis meeting and called for peace and understanding, emphasizing the need for a full and thorough investigation into Nahel’s death. Macron also expressed his condolences to Nahel’s family and appealed to the protestors to cease the violent demonstrations.
France suspended all public transportation nationwide in response to the nationwide protests and riots that have been going on for three days following the shooting.

There is a massive misunderstanding about the Wagner PMC. I want to try to clear up some of the confusion and erroneous assumptions.
First, Wagner PMC was created by the GRU, Russia’s military intelligence organization. Think of it as the CIA’s Special Activities Divsion (SAD) on steroids. It is a para-military unit that carried out missions under the cover of a PMC but was controlled by the GRU. Wagner gave Russia the ability to carry out military missions without putting the reputation of the Russian military on the line. The military commanders of Wagner are former Spetznaz and conventional Russian military.
Second, Wagner PMC was a Russian military contractor, albeit “covert.” The cover was not robust but Wagner could project Russian military force without being overtly seen as a direct Russian operation.
Third, Prigozhin is the business CEO of Wagner. He has zero military experience but is an established contractor, just like Raytheon or General Dynamics in the United States. He handled (or mishandled) the money flowing to Wagner and probably spread the wealth among some commanders. The cash flow from Wagner added to Prigozhin’s wealth. It also fed his ego and provided him the illusion of being viewed in Russia an important military figure.
Fourth, Prigozhin reportedly cut a deal in 2018 with a Syrian warlord to capture a Conoco oil field in a portion of Kurd-controlled territory, which was defended by a small group of U.S. Special Operations Forces. This was the Battle of Khashsam aka the Battle of Conoco:
The United States explained the attack by stating that the pro-government forces had “initiated an unprovoked attack against well-established Syrian Democratic Forces headquarters” in the area, while coalition service members were “co-located with SDF partners during the attack 8 kilometers (5 mi) east of the agreed-upon Euphrates River de-confliction line”.[18][19][20] The RussianMinistry of Defence‘s statement, released on 8 February 2018, referred to the incident at the village of Salihiyah (located south of the SDF-held town of Abu Hamam in the Abu Kamal District) and said that it was caused by reconnaissance actions of Syrian militias that had not been cleared with the Russian operations command; the statement stressed that there were no Russian service members in the “designated district of the Deir ez-Zor province of Syria”
The United States, from its Joint Air Operations Center in Qatar, asked its Russian counter parts if there were any Russian personnel in the area, according to the New York Times:
American military officials repeatedly warned about the growing mass of troops. But Russian military officials said they had no control over the fighters assembling near the river — even though American surveillance equipment monitoring radio transmissions had revealed the ground force was speaking in Russian.
The documents described the fighters as a “pro-regime force,” loyal to President Bashar al-Assad of Syria. It included some Syrian government soldiers and militias, but American military and intelligence officials have said a majority were private Russian paramilitary mercenaries — and most likely a part of the Wagner Group, a company often used by the Kremlin to carry out objectives that officials do not want to be connected to the Russian government.
“The Russian high command in Syria assured us it was not their people,” Defense Secretary Jim Mattis told senators in testimony last month. He said he directed Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, “for the force, then, to be annihilated.”
This is the origin of Prigozhin’s anger with the Russian Ministry of Defense. Prigozhin, going rogue as part of a scheme to make some big money not tied to Wagner’s contract with the Russian MOD, authorized the attack and got burned.
This apparently was one of the motives for Prigozhin’s eventual meeting with Ukrainian and Western intelligence officers in Africa, which led to his harebrained scheme to take out the Defense Minister Shoigu and Chief of Staff of the Russian military, Gerasimov.
Apart from Prigozhin the other guilty party in the failed mutiny is the GRU or, more specifically, those GRU officers responsible for managing the PMC. It is highly likely that Prigozhin may have bribed his GRU handlers with some of the cash he earned on the side in order to get them to look the other way and allow him to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities. Those officers may be in more trouble than Prigozhin.
Wagner PMC is now consigned to history. It is kaput as a PMC. This explains why the MOD ended the contract with Wagner aka Prigozhin and established a dead line for moving the Wagner troops under the direct control of the Russian military.
On Wednesday The Gateway Pundit spoke with January 6 political prisoner Barry Ramey from his prison cell where he is now being held. Barry told us about an Antifa activist Josiah Kenyon who admitted to being a communist and a Trump hater and told police he went to the US Capitol on January 6 hoping to see Trump supporters killed by police.
We have published that interview today. It is something you won’t want to miss.
* * * * * * * * * *
But first – Here is a recap of the Antifa activists we know who infiltrated the Trump crowds on January 6 to cause violence and mayhem.
1.) In March 2021 ex-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund dropped a bombshell on lawmakers in his opening statement during a hearing before the Senate Rules and Homeland Security committees.
Mr. Sund testified that according to intelligence gathered by law enforcement groups, members of the Proud Boys, white supremacist groups, ANTIFA and other extremist groups were expected to participate on January 6 and that they may be inclined to become violent.
2.) According to a former FBI agent on the ground at the US Capitol, at least one busload of Antifa goons infiltrated the Trump rally as part of a false flag operation.
Michael Waller, a senior analyst for strategy at the Center for Security Policy specializing in propaganda, political warfare, psychological warfare, and subversion, said he was at the Capitol on January 6 and witnessed:
Plainclothes militants. Militant, aggressive men in Donald Trump and MAGA gear at a front police line at the base of the temporary presidential inaugural platform;
Agents-provocateurs. Scattered groups of men exhorting the marchers to gather closely and tightly toward the center of the outside of the Capitol building and prevent them from leaving;
Fake Trump protesters. A few young men wearing Trump or MAGA hats backwards and who did not fit in with the rest of the crowd in terms of their actions and demeanor, whom I presumed to be Antifa or other leftist agitators; and
Disciplined, uniformed column of attackers. A column of organized, disciplined men, wearing similar but not identical camouflage uniforms and black gear, some with helmets and GoPro cameras or wearing subdued Punisher skull patches.
3.) Well known Antifa-Insurgence leader John Earl Sullivan was arrested in Utah after the US Capitol riots. He was caught on video posing as a Trump supporter during the rioting at the US Capitol on January 6th.
4.) Three Antifa protesters from Michigan, including BLM trans activist Logan “Leslie” Grimes, were riding in a car with an illegal firearm on January 6. The Antifa rioters were captured and released and did not face trial for their crimes. At least one Trump supporter is sitting in prison today for the same crime.
5.) Earlier this month The Gateway Pundit interviewed January 6 Antifa whistleblower Landon Copeland from prison. Copeland told The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft that 100 plus Antifa members took part in a planning session on January 5th in the DC area.
6.) According to one former FBI agent on the ground at the US Capitol at least one busload of Antifa thugs infiltrated the Trump demonstration on January 6.

Barry disclosed another Antifa activist who was arrested following his violent actions on January 6, 2021. Kenyon beat out a window and assaulted police with a table leg with a screw sticking out of the end.
Here is what Barry told us.
Barry Ramey: This was approximately about three months ago – We got a message from the outside that one of the people that we were being detained with and had been detained with at other facilities by the name of Josiah Kenyan, that his debriefing with the FBI was recently made public.
At that time. In his debriefing – it came out that he had told (FBI agents), while being investigated in an interview, that he had said he was pro communism. He hated Trump, and he went to January 6 for some pretty nefarious reasons. And those reasons were to intentionally be a provocateur in hoping to entice Trump supporters to charge police and get shot.
Those were almost verbatim his words.
Here is a copy of Josiah Kenyon’s statement to the FBI when he was arrested for his violent actions on January 6.
Barry Ramey: We (fellow J6 prisoners) asked him a bunch of questions, and he began to answer them – He did confirm that he told the FBI that he said that he was loosely affiliated with Antifa. He drove up to the Capitol from Alabama, where he was staying with his mother. He met the day before on January 5 with an individual that was curating three charter buses with approximately a total of 100 people from all over the country that were there for similar reasons as he was.
He said that this individual specifically told him that they were going to go to the Capitol – He didn’t know what he was going to be doing. So these people had already known somehow that something was going to be taking place at the Capitol.
I sure as heck didn’t know what was going to happen or that I’d be going to the Capitol! I can’t think of any other (Trump) protesters that went up there that day that could imagine they were going to go to the Capitol.
Josiah said that he was on January 6, handing out PCP lay cigarettes to individuals. And again, this was witnessed by multiple people, not just myself, to his testimony. And so he then began to tell me that after January 6, he went to the state of Oregon, where he fled.
Josiah Kenyon fled to Oregon after January 6 and was kept safe from authorities inside an Antifa compound near Portland. Kenyon was later picked up by the FBI in Reno, Nevada where allegedly the questioning took place.
Jim Hoft: Tell me also a little bit more about this Josiah. Kenyon. He said he ran into some people who were traveling to the US Capitol in buses or allegedly came in buses. And did you say that was the day before, or was that the day of?
Barry Ramey: That was the day before. He was at the area referred to as the mall. He was sitting outside, and he was told to find an individual that was driving I believe it was a silver Echo, an older model car. And he met this individual. This individual was followed by three buses that were parked on, like, a cul de sac or the side of the road, I believe. And he was meeting with a couple of other people like Josiah that had traveled up there to get engaged in this type of behavior. And this individual knew that whatever they were going to do was going to be done at the Capitol the following day.
The DOJ prosecutors reportedly argued for less time for Josiah after they found out he was pro-communism and an Antifa member – according to Barry.
Barry Ramey: He (Josiah) said there was approximately 100 people scattered through three fully sized charter buses. Josiah was actually seen on camera that day wearing a skeleton jack, which is the character from, I believe, Nightmare Before Christmas hoodie. And he was charged with a 111 B, where he’s seen on camera beating an officer with a table leg with a screw sticking out of it and then retreating back into the crowd.
What we all found also extremely strange, and this can also be proven by court documents and testimony, is that I believe the recommendation from the prosecutor was something around 110 months. Josiah has a criminal history, as well. But what we found weird, though, is after the statements were released and it became public that he was pro-communism, loosely affiliated with Antifa – The prosecution actually argued and were successful at arguing for less time at his sentencing against their own recommendation.
When have we seen a situation where the prosecution in these January 6 cases is arguing for less time for someone? That just hasn’t happened yet?
Please take the time and listen to this very interesting interview with Barry Ramey.

After watching big-name conservatives and social media influencers posting “hyped-up BS” for nearly a week, Clackamas County Republican Party Vice Chair and Local Proud Boy, Dan Tooze, is out to set the record straight.
“Bottom line of the story is a group of right-wing extremists attempted to overrun locals and Proud Boys who wanted to protest against a drag show at a children’s theater in Oregon City,” Tooze explained in a Tuesday evening phone call.
Tooze says the drag queen event was sponsored by Lisa Halcom — ANTIFA supporter and owner of Happy Rock Coffee (a low-key haunt with a courtyard & koi pond), and organized by Oregon City Commissioner Rocky Smith. Other members of ANTIFA provided a supporting role.
“I’ve been running this theatre for 19 years. About a third of the kids who participate in my theatre are a part of the LGBTQ community. As I’ve watched those kids grow up and transition or become proud of who they are or share their stories more openly, I realize how far back I had the privilege of having those kids in my presence, but I didn’t recognize how important my presence was in their life.”
Although the event was at the last minute canceled amid uproar from local churches, Halcom said it was postponed due to “much interest” and the need “to move it into a much larger venue.”
Tooze says local churches decided to move forward with plans to express their First Amendment — nobody believed the promoters.
The church protest went ahead as scheduled with support from Clackamas County Republican Party Chair Rick Riley.
On a beautiful Oregon summer day, everything was just as it should be — peaceful and patriotic.
Unfortunately, not everyone enjoys the First Amendment.
“People make assumptions,” he explains, “A couple of people involved in the brawl weren’t even Proud Boys.”
As to widespread rumors that Rose City Nationalists and their leader Casey James Knuteson are FBI agents of some sort, Tooze says it’s anyone’s guess.
Even still, Occam’s Razor is applicable.
By nearly all accounts, Knutson and his Rose City Nationalist Club are little more than racist extremists with a dire need to be famous.
Tooze is inclined to agree.
“All they have to do is let people protest for two hours, but they just can’t do it,” he explains, “It’s like they’re trying to trigger people with everything they do.”
As for the Proud Boys, the goal is the same as it’s been since their founding. Regardless of where expression originates on the political spectrum, Dan Tooze says all voices should be safe in America:
“Proud Boys are just trying to keep extremists from both sides away.”
A group of Hollywood elites is calling for the censorship of people who oppose child mutilation.
On Tuesday, a group of over 250 celebrities signed a statement from the LGBT activist group GLAAD that called on social media companies to crack down on people who oppose the trans agenda.
The statement was addressed to several social media executives, including Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, and Twitter’s Elon Musk.
In the statement, the celebrities accused the social media giants of failing to adequately address “hate speech” against gay and trans people on their platforms.
“There has been a massive systemic failure to prohibit hate, harassment, and malicious anti-LGBTQ disinformation on your platforms and it must be addressed,” the statement said.
The statement went on to claim, “Dangerous posts (both content and ads) created and circulated by high-follower anti-LGBTQ hate accounts targeting transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming people are thriving across your platforms, directly resulting in terrifying real-life harm.”
The statement stated it wants platforms to come up with a plan to address “content that spreads malicious lies and disinformation about medically necessary healthcare for transgender youth.”
After repeatedly chastising these companies for failing to tackle “hate speech,” the statement then demanded that the networks take stronger measures to censor people who disagree with the LGBT agenda.
“We speak together with one voice to demand that your companies create and enforce stronger content and ad policies to directly confront the content that is causing online and offline harm to transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people.”
At the bottom of the statement are the names of the more than 250 celebrities who signed the list. They include big names such as Alyssa Milano, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, and Zooey Deschanel.
The infamous transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney is also among the signers.
The rest of the names on the list can be found in the statement here.
Take a good look at this list. Remember the names of the celebrities who signed, and do not forget that they called for you conservatives to be censored for refusing to bow to the woke mob.
This is a group of wealthy, elite, and influential celebrities that are demanding that ordinary Americans be silenced for disagreeing with their opinions. This is absolutely sick.
It gets even more infuriating when you remember that these celebrities are trying to silence conservatives for speaking out against the mutilation and sexualization of children.
They cannot win a debate on the issue of transgenderism, so instead, they are resorting to the oldest trick in the book — censorship.
Conservatives should boycott these celebrities. If they want to take away your First Amendment rights because they do not like what you are saying, then they do not deserve a cent of your money or attention.
Not only that, this should motivate conservatives to speak out even louder against this insane agenda.
In a civilized society, a person is innocent until proven guilty. That applies to everyone, including Kevin Spacey. Even if there are numerous, persistent allegations that form a recognizable pattern in his life.
Because of some associations he made in life, and because the visible price he has been paying for his alleged appetites helps paint a picture of our artistic establishment.
Between a few classics, some blockbusters and many flops, Spacey won two Oscars and a myriad other awards, having established himself as one of the top players in his trade.
Whether it was small-time conman Verbal Kint revealed to be criminal mastermind Keyser Sรถze in The Usual Suspects, or the corrupt House ‘Whip’ turned into murderous criminal president Frank Underwood in House of Cards, there is a common element: he played the man who gets away with it.
Spacey’s downfall came amid the #MeToo movement, and the multiple sex harassment allegations totally derailed his career. While the actor has managed to clear his name in all criminal cases in the US, in the UK things are not looking as great for him.
There, he is facing charges that involve men that are now in their 30s or 40s, and relate to acts of his that date from 2001 to 2013, when the star lived in Britain and served as artistic director of the Old Vic Theatre.
“Jurors who will decide the fate of actor Kevin Spacey were sworn in Wednesday in a London court as the Oscar winner faces charges of sexually assaulting four men as long as two decades ago.
[…]] The two-time Academy Award winner was dressed in a dark blue suit, light blue shirt and pink tie as he strode confidently into court and was called by his full name. He was asked if he was Kevin Spacey Fowler. ‘I am’, he said as he stood behind a window in the dock.”
Spacey, who is free on bail, has pled not guilty to literally a dozen charges that include ‘sexual assault, indecent assault and causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent’.
Opening statements in his case are scheduled for Friday (29th).
“Spacey has said an acquittal in the case could jump-start a career that has largely been on ice since sexual misconduct allegations surfaced against the star who won his first Academy Award for supporting actor in ‘The Usual Suspects’ in 1995.
‘There are people right now who are ready to hire me the moment I am cleared of these charges in London’, Spacey said in a rare interview published this month in Germany’s Zeit magazine. He said the media had turned him into a ‘monster’.”
“The jury heard the 12 charges on the indictment, which include seven of sexual assault, three of indecent assault, one count of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent, and one count of causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.”
Judge Mark Wall instructed the jury ‘to rely only on the evidence in the case and not to make their own inquiries’.
“This is a case that quite obviously has, and will continue to, attract quite a lot of media coverage,” he said. “You must try to avoid such coverage where you can. There is a risk that if you pay heed to what is reported on this trial you might be, probably unwittingly, influenced.”
Got a big belly laugh out courtesy of Bojan Pancevski, a European based correspondent for the Wall Street Journal, who wrote the article, Wagner’s Prigozhin Planned to Capture Russian Military Leaders. He claims to have the inside scoop on how Western intelligence agencies knew in advance that Prigozhin was going full Benedict Arnold, but is so naive that he did not realize he was being fed a fairy tale. He wrote:
Western intelligence agencies also found out early about the plans by Prigozhin, Putin’s former confidant, by analyzing electronic communications intercepts and satellite imagery, according to a person familiar with the findings. Western officials said they believe the original plot had a good chance of success but failed after the conspiracy was leaked, forcing Prigozhin to improvise an alternative plan.
This is a pitiful cover story. It is an insult to your intelligence to ask you to believe that the West’s intel folks discovered that Prigozhin was going rogue by “analyzing electronic communications intercepts and satellite imagery.” Exactly how does “satellite imagery” tell some photo interpreter that a coup is about to happen? Did Prigozhin scribble out his intentions on a big sign and carry it around outside for all to read? Maybe he was trying to recruit some muscle for the trip to Moscow. “Hey, I’m Going to Moscow to Grab Shoigu. Join Me!”
In my experience, coup plotters are careful not to put their plans in writing or to talk openly about them on phones or radios. A genuine coup starts with the assumption by the plotters that they could die if the plan does not succeed. That sobering thought tends to be accompanied by cautious, subdued activity, not reckless bragging or boasting. That includes shying away from the prolific use of texts or emails.
Do you remember the first rule of Fight Club? You don’t talk about Fight Club. Well, the first rule of espionage is that YOU DO NOT REVEAL YOUR SOURCES. Come to think of it, that used to be the cardinal rule of journalism as well. The “official” who fed Pancevski the “secret” account of how intrepid Western intelligence analysts solved the Prigozhin putsch puzzle broke that rule. Looks to me like he was confident that he had a willing tool in Pancevski and could count on him to persuade a gullible public that the CIA is really good at eavesdropping.
The fact that the CIA briefed the Gang of Eight in Congress on Prigozhin’s planned uprising two days prior means that the CIA had information from a human source. It could have been a recruited CIA asset or someone recruited and controlled by a foreign intelligence organization. But someone close to Prigozhin was blabbing. Or maybe it was Prigozhin himself.
I find it noteworthy that the Biden Administration went to extraordinary lengths to insist it knew nothing about the coup and certainly did not encourage it or support it. Oh no. Biden, Blinken and Nuland do not want Putin overthrown by force. Perish the thought.
I think this leak to Pancevski provides additional confirmation that Prigozhin was acting in concert with Western intelligence operatives. What remains unknown is whether Prigozhin was genuinely cooperating with the West or pretending to spy for the West while actually being controlled by Russian authorities. I continue to believe it is the latter. If Prigozhin committed treason then Putin’s decision to go unscathed into exile in Belarus sends the message that you can go after Putin and live. That is not being magnanimous, that is madness.
My read of the Wall Street Journal article is that it is the latest iteration of the West’s covert action to shape public opinion as well as damage control. It is no coincidence that Pancevski is told that other Russian Generals are under a cloud of suspicion:
Made aware of the leak, Prigozhin was then forced to act sooner than planned on Friday and managed to capture the southern Russian city of Rostov, a key command point for the invasion of Ukraine. The ease with which Wagner’s troops took the city of one million that is home to a large military airport suggests that some regular forces commanders could have been part of the plot, according to Western intelligence.
Western officials said they believe Prigozhin had communicated his intentions to senior military officers, possibly including Gen. Sergei Surovikin, commander of the Russian aerospace force. It couldn’t be determined whether Surovikin passed this information on to the FSB, or how the agency found out about Prigozhin’s plans.
Yep, toss Surovikin under the suspicion bus. Why in the world would the CIA or MI6 want to cast doubts on Surovikin? That could weaken him and affect his ability to counter the Ukrainian offensive. Oh, I got it. Never mind. This article is a graphic example that the West is not going to let up in its campaign to destroy Russia regardless of setbacks on the ground in Ukraine. I wonder if Putin, Gerasimov and Shoigu understand that fact.
Popular conservative commentator, Tucker Carlson, launched a critique of the Biden regime’s foreign policy in the latest episode of his podcast, “Tucker on Twitter,” suggesting that the current battle for democracy could lead to dictatorship.
Carlson questioned the purpose of the US involvement in the conflict with Russia, implying potential economic and even existential consequences for the country. He expressed concerns about the loss of innocent lives and the considerable financial cost of the war and wondered aloud if the motives might be less noble than claimed.
“You may have found yourself wondering recently, as the world slides closer to nuclear annihilation than any time in human history, why exactly are we at war with Russia?” the host asked his viewers, taking a critical stance on America’s role in the ongoing international crisis.
“What’s the point? Are we really doing this so the Biden family can repay its debts to the oligarchs who finance their beach house in Rehoboth?
“We doing it so our government can continue to lie about its illicit biolabs in Eastern Europe, so that flabby losers like Victoria Nuland and Tony Blinken can feel like they’re doing something important with their sad, empty lives?
“There’s got to be a better reason for waging this, the most pointless war of all. What is it? Well, thankfully, we have an answer. The war against Russia, ladies and gentlemen, the war against Putin and for Ukraine is in fact a war for DEMOCRACY,” said Carlson.
However, Carlson argued that the war for democracy seemed contradictory, especially with recent developments indicating possible democratic backsliding in Ukraine.
He referred to comments by Volodymyr Zelensky, which suggested elections might be suspended next year if the country is still at war.
Even while the Biden regime is portraying this conflict as a fight for democracy, Carlson pointed out that they are backing the Ukrainian leader despite his threats to suspend democratic rule.
“We are currently fighting a war for democracy on behalf of a leader who just casually announced he’s happy to end democracy and our democracy. Supporting leaders have no problem with that. In fact, they’re strongly for it.
“Wars for democracy always cancel democracy in the process. That’s why our leaders love them, and they all do it,” he said.
Carlson drew attention to historical instances where the pursuit of democracy paradoxically led to its suspension, suggesting that wars for democracy often grant more power to political leaders, justifying their actions under the guise of emergency.
I will apologize upfront that I made the mistake of wearing earbuds and did not have time to clear the cache. That means you will see the uneven video, including an occasional freeze and garbled voice. My fault. But I have now fixed the problem. I finally have a new fiber optic internet and can connect the CAT5e Ethernet cable direct to my computer. Going forward I should have 500 mbps up and down. I want to thank all of you who have kindly offered advice and guidance on this issue. Good to know that my readers are smarter than me. Sets a high bar and motivates me to try to excel.
Now, here comes da Judge:
I have one more video that is gripping and horrific. My wife emphasized that I must warn you that it is GRAPHIC AND DISTURBING. Not recommended if you are younger than 18. I am not posting this to glorify the violence or pander to those enthralled with military porn. This video will educate you on what it means for an armored column to drive into a minefield and how a few casualties can disable a thirty man platoon.
Regardless of your feelings about who should win the war in Ukraine, this video is heartbreaking and shows both the desperation and courage of men trapped in a field laced with anti-tank and anti-personnel mines. The soldiers who are not wounded do not abandon their buddies. They risk their lives and limbs, literally, to save the wounded. But this video also makes it clear, notwithstanding the bravery of the Ukrainian soldiers, why Ukraine is having so much difficulty penetrating the Russian defenses.
You will observe that these beleaguered souls have been well-trained in one skill — how to self-apply a tourniquet to save their own life in combat. Again, WARNING, this is GRAPHIC and DISTURBING.
The US House Judiciary Subcommittee on Weaponization released a riveting report Monday on the unconstitutional censorship efforts by the Department of Homeland Security and CISA to silence conservative voices and websites in America.
The report focuses on CISA’s alleged work ahead of the 2020 election and the 2022 midterm elections.
The committee, led by Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, obtained non-public documents which lawmakers say reveals CISA “expanded its mission to surveil Americans’s speech on social media, colluded with Big Tech and government-funded third parties to censor by proxy, and tried to hide its plainly unconstitutional activities from the public.”
The report states that CISA engaged in “surveillance,” by expanding its mission from cybersecurity to monitor foreign “disinformation” to eventually monitor “all ‘disinformation,’ including Americans’ speech.”
It also says CISA “exploited its connections with Big Tech and government-funded non-profits to censor, by proxy, in order to circumvent the First Amendment’s prohibition against government-induced censorship.” Specifically—the report says CISA creating reporting portals which “funneled ‘misinformation’ reports from the government directly to social media platforms.”
This government funded censorship is something The Gateway Pundit has reported on for months now.

CISA admitted to outsourcing its surveillance operation to third parties.
And The Gateway Pundit and America First Legal recently filed a massive lawsuit against the cornerstone of online censorship during the 2020 and 2022 elections. In this suit, we are suing one of the primary private cabals that coordinated with the federal government to effectively censor millions of people.
Just when you thought you could forget his name, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), is making headlines again.
The maestro of medical misdirection is taking on a new role.
On Monday, Georgetown University announced that Dr. Anthony Fauci is set to join the university’s faculty as a distinguished professor.
“After dedicating 54 years of his life to public service, Dr. Anthony Fauci has chosen Georgetown University to play a major role in the next phase of his career,” according to the news release.
Starting July 1, he will be strutting his stuff as a Distinguished University Professor in the School of Medicine’s Department of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Georgetown University. Not content with just one title, he has also snagged an additional appointment in the university’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
“I am delighted to join the Georgetown family, an institution steeped in clinical and academic excellence with an emphasis on the Jesuit tradition of public service,” Fauci said.
“This is a natural extension of my scientific, clinical and public health career, which was initially grounded from my high school and college days where I was exposed to intellectual rigor, integrity and service-mindedness of Jesuit institutions.”
Fauci said it was “a no-brainer” for him to join the Georgetown University faculty because he married his wife, also a Georgetown alumna, in the university’s chapel.
“I ask myself, now at this stage in my life, what do I have to offer to society?” he said. “And I think, sure, I could do more experiments in the lab and have my lab going. But given what I’ve been through, I think what I have to offer is experience and inspiration to the younger generation of students.”
Anthony Fauci, the bumbling captain of our ship during the COVID-19 crisis, renowned for his staggering consistency at being inconsistent.
At the helm of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984, Fauci suddenly found himself as America’s face of the pandemic. His legacy, however, remains a contested topic, with accusations of inconsistency, alarmism, and questionable recommendations marring his reputation.
Fauci recommended nationwide shutdowns to halt the virus spread. The only thing it managed to stop was the beating heart of our economy.
Fauci’s shutdowns also impacted children at that time who were kept out of school and forced to work from home, and when they were let back into the schools, they were forced to wear masks.
Despite data suggesting children were virtually immune to the virus’s severe effects, Fauci’s “one size fits all” guidelines treated them as if they were high-risk adults.
Fauci then pushed the experimental vaccines. Many have argued that this action was destructive and the wrong thing to do and may have cost hundreds of thousands of lives.
There is still no consensus about the motive for Yevgeny Prigozhin’s and there is a lot of speculation. Some have posed the false dichotomy of having to choose “real coup” versus “pretend coup.” That approach ignores some troubling irregularities and facts, which point to a sophisticated double cross operation.
To launch his operation, Prigozhin took a number of steps over a period of the past six or more months. Among these were constant, and provably false, accusations that he was not getting enough ammunition to fight in Bakhmut. Along with that, Prigozhin charged that the army leadership was corrupt, that they refused to defend his flanks during the Bakhmut operation, and that they were losing massively in the Ukraine war. None of these accusations were true. . . .
It turns out, however, there was more to it than that. Sources report that Prigozhin had been in touch with Ukrainian military intelligence (known as the HUR MO), at least since last January. Some sources say that he also flew to Africa, where Wagner forces are operational, to hold a meeting with Ukrainian intelligence officials.
Similarly there are reports that he also was talking to a number of special force units inside Russia, asking them to join him.
I believe that Steve’s sources on this are solid. Pay particular attention to the timing — i.e., a meeting in January. It was a month or so later that Prigozhin launches scathing verbal attacks on Russian Defense Minster Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Gerasimov. Also, according to documents allegedly posted to Discord by Airman Jack Teixeira, Prigozhin provided Ukraine/NATO with locations of Russian units in the Donbass.
This is strong circumstantial evidence that Prigozhin not only went rogue, he became a traitor. Let me make one obvious point from a counterintelligence standpoint — providing NATO with the locations of Russian units is the equivalent of giving Eskimos a truckload of snow in January. NATO’s robust ISR capabilities make it highly likely that those locations were already known to the U.S. and European military and intelligence officers. This type of corroborating intel is what George Smiley, the mole hunter in the British TV series, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, called “fools gold.” It looks like the real deal but, when properly evaluated, does not tell you anything you don’t already know. It simply persuades those eager to believe to swallow the bait.
I want to suggest an alternative possibility — Yevgeny Prigozhin was bait. The Russian military and intelligence chiefs are not deaf, dumb, and blind. Since the start of the Special Military Operation, Western politicians and pundits stridently have insisted that Putin is weak; Putin faces serious political opposition; Putin is terminally ill; and Russia is teetering on the brink of economic and political disaster. Here is former Ukrainian President Poroshenko throwing some shade Putin’s way:
Former CIA officer John Sipher’s silly analysis is itself evidence of why the CIA is a failed institution. He writes:
Like the Tsars before him, Putin has survived by a willingness to use force at home and abroad, and by maintaining an image of power. Over the past two decades, many observers have used the same phrase to describe Putin’s actions on the international stage — Putin plays a weak hand well. His bullying, threats and lies have protected him from those who might threaten his power.
However, like Tsar Nicholas in WWI, with his invasion of Ukraine, Putin foolishly turned over all his cards and showed his weak hand, seemingly breaking his spell of invincibility. In doing so he has allowed his enemies to better gauge their own strength and position. While it is not clear if Putin has gravely jeopardized his control at home, he has nonetheless weakened himself and Russia, and can no longer bluff that he is playing a winning hand.
I think the Russian leadership finally concluded that the West sincerely believed this nonsense and decided to send Washington and London their own version of Luca Brasi — a loyal soldier now ready to betray the family. You want a traitor? Here’s your traitor.
So far, Yevgeny Prigozhin has not suffered the same fate as Mr. Brasi. Instead, he returned from Africa to the bloody battle of Bakhmut, having assured his new buddies in the West that he was with them, and then began trashing Russian Defense leadership and tactics while passing “valuable” intelligence to his contacts in Ukraine.
Talk about titillating. Western political and intel chiefs in the know were quivering with the excitement of anticipating the moment when Prigozhin would make his bold move and the Russian house of cards would collapse. Who could stop the invincible Wagnerians led by Chef Prigozhin?
So we are left with two possibilities — Prigozhin flipped and decided to play for team Ukraine and team NATO or Prigozhin, a consummate actor, was a double agent who kept his colleagues in the GRU apprised of his plans and upcoming actions on behalf of NATO. Betraying Russia by becoming a Western agent — i.e., a guy who has agreed to spy for one or more of the Western intelligence outfits — is unpardonable. Guys and gals that do that are likely to suffer the same fate as the Godfather’s Luca Brasi.
When I step back and examine Prigozhin’s actions after the start of the mutiny, I am reminded of an actor engaged in improvisation. Just take a look at Prigozhin’s completely contradictory and provably false claims over the weekend about why he was leading the mutiny. First he said that Putin is a dupe who was fed lies about the unnecessary and illegitimate invasion of Ukraine:
Russia’s Defense Ministry has been “deceiving” Russian society and Putin, Prigozhin said in an expletive-ridden 30-minute video posted on his Telegram channel. It has escalated his public feud with Sergei Shoigu, the country’s defense minister.
Then, two days later, he changes gears and insists it was just a protest:
Russian mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin said on Monday that a one-day mutiny by his Wagner force had been intended not to overthrow Russia’s government but to register a protest over what he said was its ineffectual conduct of the war in Ukraine.
In his first public comments since ending the mutiny late on Saturday, Prigozhin repeated his frequent claim that Wagner was the most effective fighting force in Russia “and even the world”, and that it put to shame the units that Moscow had sent into Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022.
Which is it? Protest or howl of outrage over heinous lies?
American intelligence officials briefed senior military and administration officials on Wednesday that Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the mercenary Wagner Group, was preparing to take military action against senior Russian defense officials, according to officials familiar with the matter.
U.S. spy agencies had indications days earlier that Mr. Prigozhin was planning something and worked to refine that material into a finished assessment, officials said.
The information shows that the United States was aware of impending events in Russia, similar to how intelligence agencies had warned in late 2021 that Vladimir V. Putin was planning to invade Ukraine.
Got that? The U.S. knew in advance. Any chance the Russians had an inkling of what was afoot?
Some smart analysts argue that Russia would not engage in such an elaborate ruse because of the risks that it could go wrong or that it would portray Russia as vulnerable. A fair point. However, Russia realizes it is at war with the West, not just metaphorically, and that the United States and many countries in Europe are keen to see it ripped asunder. When an opportunity to blow up that meme falls into your lap, you take it.
Russia was able to accomplish several objectives during this double-cross mutiny. It moved troops to areas under the guise of countering the coup that otherwise would have drawn attention and possible attack if carried out during normal wartime operations. Vladimir Putin gained a better appreciation of his popular support. Not even the Communist Party, which despises Putin, came out to back Prigozhin. The West continues to insist that this was a show of weakness by Putin. Really? No political opponent of any consequence jumped on the coup bandwagon. The Russian people did not flock to the streets in an Orange revolution rush calling for Putin’s head. Just the opposite.
Let’s imagine an alternative scenario. There is a coup/mutiny in Washington, DC against Joe Biden. Does anyone really believe that the 50 Governors and all members of the Senate and House would rush to Joe Biden’s defense? I don’t.
