Something's happening in Texas that most media outlets are not picking up: Folks are registering to vote in droves, which could turn the state blue. In Travis County (which includes liberal Austin and suburbs), a staggering 97% of its roughly 850,000 eligible voters are now registered. Now, we just need them to vote.
