In a crushing blow to tyrannical Dem Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the Michigan Supreme Court has Just struck down her emergency powers and said that she “violated the Michigan Constitution.”
The decision came down on Friday and struck down months of executive orders by Whitmer, saying she illegally drew authority from a 1945 law that doesn’t apply.
The court said the law was an “unlawful delegation of legislative power to the executive branch in violation of the Michigan Constitution.”

This is a major and massive blow to Whitmer, who has been wielding her power like a weapon to use against her political opponents.
he Michigan Supreme Court on Friday struck down months of orders by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer that were aimed at preventing the spread of the coronavirus, saying she illegally drew authority from a 1945 law that doesn’t apply.
The court said the law was an “unlawful delegation of legislative power to the executive branch in violation of the Michigan Constitution.”
The decision is an extraordinary development in a monthslong tug-of-war between Whitmer, a Democrat, and the Republicans who control the Legislature who have complained that they’ve been shut out of major orders that have restricted education, the economy and health care.
As many of you may know, I am from Michigan, and I, along with many members of my family, have participated in the Operation Gridlock, and countless other events protesting Whitmer’s tyrannical lockdowns that are destroying people’s livelihoods.
So, this is a good day for all of us who value freedom, and despise the “Nanny State.”
